Pizzas By Marchelloni — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

I called to place a business order and was told they do not deliver to Brookfield. I than called the West Middlesex store and they took the order but questioned why the hermitage said they dont deliver to Brookfield. They said they would deliver the order. I than get a call from the hermitage store 40 minutes later and they tell me that they transferred the order back to them and it would be another 30 minutes to deliver our order. At this point we are almost done for the day at work. I called the manager Seth at the Hermitage store and asked why I was told by his staff that they couldnt deliver. He had no answer for me or did not apologize for the mix up or for the length of time that the order would take. This order was for patients to make their day for the holidays because they dont get visitors. I would never recommend this business because Seth or his employees evidently do not care about making their customers happy with their careless attitude toward resolving a problem. I asked for a refund of my money. I would rate their customer service a 0. Thank God I didn't tell the patients I ordered anything for them because they would of been so let down. Truly...

I have been a long time customer of Hermitage marchalonies. Never had one problem until tonight. And the manager, instead of trying to right a wrong, he took a stance of being extremely ignorant and downright nasty to me on the phone. My pizza had absolutely no sauce on it. It was delivered, manager told me there was sauce on my pizza, I said no, there is no sauce on my pizza. He still argues and then refuses to send his driver back to get the sauceless pizza . How nasty he was , if I had transportation I would take it up there myself and I certainly don't think he would deny it if it was right there . There is a tiny ring if sauce close to the crust , it didn't hit me until I got to the crust and first tasted that familiar sauce I been eating probably longer than he has been employed there. I hope there are ppl above you at marchalonies and I hope they read this post. My number one reason for choosing marchalonies is their sauce. Okay so I wrote a review yesterday saying the food was good. It was . Except later in the night both my son and I got ill. We both have food poisoning. We have spent majority of the day sick in bed or vomiting. This is the 1st time ever getting I'll from the food so I'm not sure what happened differently. It was definitely the pizza or French fries since my son didn't eat the mushrooms. The pizza and fries were the only thing that day my son and I ate the same. I know sometimes this happens. I've gone to a restaurant for many years and one day ended up with food poisoning. So I get it. Sometimes you just get people who don't follow cleaning protocols, cooking directions. Etc. Just sucks since we love their food. Ended up throwing out most of an xl pizza and half a large order of fries since I wasn't sure what...
