Peterbrooke Chocolatier Pensacola Palafox — Restaurant in Pensacola

I live in Pensacola and have gone here for the chocolate strawberries and they are THE BEST ones and absolutely worth the price for them. Every time I’ve gone here people have been kind expect for my experience today when I came in to try the Dubai chocolate cup I paid 16 dollars and got a sample size cup with cut up strawberries in it .. as I brought it up the manager was just laughing and found it pretty funny and shocking that she was hearing feedback about this in person. Then the girl handing it to me had a huge attitude about it which I have no idea why it wasn’t even brought up to her. Sample size picture for you.. and the “homemade pistachio butter” is chunks not butter it’s hard. I’m sure this post is gonna have a condescending feedback to it like the one I had in person instead of taking this into consideration for how much their customers are charged. I showed her a picture of the other Peterbrooke chocolatiers cup and she laughed and said well that’s the other one not here . Take your money to the other peterbrooke...

This evening, my girlfriend and I came into this establishment intending to purchase some sweets. She really needed to use the restroom, so she went straight towards the back. Jordan, the manager on duty, asked if there was anything we needed, and we both answered “no, thank you,” as we intended to look around for a bit for something nice to buy after she was done. I stayed in the sales floor looking around, and Jordan stopped helping the customer he was with, just so he could run her down. She asked if there were restrooms, and he said no. He did not ask if she was going to be a paying customer, nor did he say that she could use the restroom if we purchased something. After leaving, she called to ask if they had public restrooms, and it turns out that they do. This place will never get our business, and I hope they never get...

This store was a huge factor in deciding to move to Pensacola! The best chocolate I have ever tasted! Then they make truffles with that chocolate! OMG! And don't get me started on the gelato.... so friggin good! Oh, and did you know they have Dubai bars? Don't know what those are? Google it! I've tried LOTS of them, and Peterbrooke has the absolute best! You have to stop by and get something, especially if you're headed back home if you're from out of town. A little chocolate bride to the hardworking people at the airport goes a loooong way, trust me! Lastly... the staff is just amazing, always friendly and helpful, they are quick to give you samples of the gelato and have the best suggestions for gifts to take back to your loved ones. I just...
