Game master was great, super helpful workout giving away things. Escape room was well put together and challenging. Our only issues were the amount of 4 digit number locks there were, I lost track of how many there were. We would figure out a 4 digit code and then try it on multiple to see if it would work. Then some of the locks were hard to line up, so even if it was the right lock/code it would not work without some fiddling, so that took up a lot of time. We enjoyed the multiple steps to things and definitely needed to write things down to keep track of code numbers since there were so many. We had a couple younger ones with us, 13 and 7, they were not as engaged with the multiple code lock numbers but enjoyed the scary aspects of the room. The ending was great and the final code thankfully did not need crazy deciphering since we were numbered out. Lol.

While I enjoyed the escape Adventure very much, this place is disturbingly not wheelchair accessible. They did have a lift that would go up and down the stairs, but it would only carry a person and leave the wheelchair at the bottom of the stairs. However, this a lift mechanism was covered and I'm not even sure that it was working. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or instructed on what to do. We did figure out that we needed to sign waivers of consent on our own. When we were finally greeted, the person who greeted us tried to tell me I had not already paid for our Escape Adventure. When I insisted that I had already paid he decided to double check and found that we had. However it was not until after I had been digging through my phone for several minutes looking for my receipt that he agreed to go check his records again. I honestly believe that he would have had me pay twice had he not realized that I was going to find the receipt eventually. However, the escape room itself was clean and enjoyable and challenging. Everyone in my party had a great time and they even took a picture of us with our own cell phone. However you cannot bring any cameras into the room with you.

We needed a fun rainy day activity while my family was visiting, and Escape on Palafox did not disappoint! First of all, the location is great as you can easily grab a cocktail or food before or after your experience. My family and I did the Museum Robbery room and had a total blast. There were 5 of us total, and only one had done an escape room previously. The staff / our room hosts were engaging and so welcoming. The room was tough! We ended up solving it with just over 8 minutes to spare, which we were told was very rare. We felt a great sense of accomplishment the rest of the day and it fueled our conversation the rest of the night. Such a fun activity for family/friends or a group of couples. 10/10 recommend!

A neat place in the downtown area to spend an hour. Not the best escape room, but was still really fun. I felt like the room operator was very liberal giving clues but also we were on the nose just needing a nudge to get us to keep going? We were only a party of 4 and had a good time and escaped with 8 minutes to spare! My only complaint is I didnt know when we solved the clue as we were told me finished in a different room than we actually finished, so we didn't even know at first. We thought we were messing up. Other than that, staff was great, clues were slightly challenging and I had a wonderful time.

Such a fun experience! We are hooked!!! We have done other escape rooms franchises but the two we have done with Escape on Palafox (It’s all Wired and Museum Robbery) have been the best by FAR. They have fun stories, very unique and creative riddles and puzzles, multiple rooms to work through, and the perfect amount of help if/when we need it. Everything flows together nicely and kept us on our toes! Highly, highly recommend! Shoutout to our room operator, John, gave us nudges at the perfect time and made the experience even better.
