My husband, mother-in-law, and myself enjoyed a magical Mix-and-Match fragrance creation session at Tijōn Pensacola yesterday. Wow!!! Exceptional customer experience, luxurious quality, unique concept, personable service, and so much value is packed into this 90-minute appointment! Anyone looking to spend less time, a lower price point, or who knows exactly what scent they’d like to focus on can enjoy the Express Fragrance experience, which is about 30 to 45 minutes long. There is an extended class style called Frangrance 101 that is more hands-off for the more “experienced noses” that want to experiment with variations of a particular scent, really dialing in on the customization.

I can’t recommend Tijōn enough! The owners/operators are a delight, as well as the rest of the staff. We created a total of 3 custom scents, one of which we chose to have bottled (1.85 fl oz), and we also got to choose a smaller premade scent gift, as well as choose from an additional gift. Since my family attended on a Sunday, class ended with a celebratory mimosa. Fruit juice and water are also available options! Yes, children above a certain age are welcome to sign up for these classes. If you want to ensure there are none in your class, you can sign up for Fragrance After Dark, which is for adults only.

I booked this fragrance class about two weeks in advance, and the website made the process super easy and user-friendly. I attended with a friend to celebrate her birthday, and from the moment we arrived—about 15 minutes early—the entire staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and great energy.

Zaquiis led the class with confidence and clarity, and Chandra was incredibly helpful throughout the session. We were invited to browse the store in our lab coats with clipboards in hand while catchy music from Zaquiis’s playlist set the tone for a fun and creative experience.

The class started right on time, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Zaquiis showed a lot of patience, especially with guests who needed a bit more guidance while building their fragrances.

Overall, it was a fun, engaging, and memorable experience. I highly recommend this class for birthdays, intimate gatherings, or a unique date night!
