Wow, such a cool area in the heart of Pensacola, you feel like you time travelled back to the 1930s looking at the buildings and cars outside the Seville quarter, the bar is super cool, and absolutely huge. I stopped by initially intrigued by the food and ambiance, as well as the dueling pianists, and some of that lived up to the hype. The Dueling Pianists was an amazing show, and the two absolutely sung their heart out while we sat in only tables right out of the westerns. The ambiance of the bar is so cool, all the rooms have something going on, while we were there is wasn’t super lively in every room but they had 2 live music performances and the outdoor area is truly beautiful. The whole place is beautiful I can’t stress that enough. Where Seville Quarter disappointed was the food. I initially wanted to try the Bangers and Mash, but come to find out that was no longer served, secondly I wanted to try their Charcuterie board, seeing this great picture online where they served it with fresh toast. What I received was not like the online pictures and came it crappy crackers, it was still serviceable but the crackers were not good at all, also the stinky cheese was fun, however I would compare it to that of snorting smelling salts. Since the Bangers and mash was no longer on the menu the server recommended the Pork Chop Ribeye which seems delightful, however after ordering she came back to inform me that was not available currently, so I ordered the shepherds pie and as you guessed it, it was not available. I opted to go with the Foster Burger which was a quick scrambled choice, and we also ordered the Shrimp Po Boy. The food was served quickly right after the appetizer which I appreciated, the burger was OK, it had a strong charcoal grill flavor but it was serviceable and the fries were fantastic, their ranch top notch, equal to wings stop ranch. The Shrimp Po Boy severely lacked sauce, if it was better sauced it would have been very good but it was hard to eat. Also note their shrimp is not deveined I know that can bother some. The flaming hurricane was enjoyable but was kind of bland. I found it to be disappointing. In the end this place is not a restaurant, and it doesn’t need to be, it’s a bar with bar food. I wish they put more effort into their food, because they would have something very special however the vibes here are immaculate and and definitely worthwhile stop while in Pensacola. Also saw a dude outside pee on the building, love Pensacola

Our first time there, and sadly I have to leave only one star. While in town for my father's funeral, we went downtown Pensacola to enjoy a meal (on December 15th - a Saturday night, during the downtown Winterfest). All of the rooms had private CORPORATE Christmas parties going on, so we could not even enter. All that is, EXCEPT the tiny Alley bar (sorry - didn't care to have "dinner" in there), and the Oyster bar (which BTW only serves BAKED oysters - none raw😢). OK, so we were seated in the quaint "oyster bar" restaurant, given a menu, and ordered drinks from a stressed-out waitress (she seemed very impatient to our few questions, as if she had other pressing things to do). Earlier that day, hubby and I had already picked out our desired entrees from the online menu, but the menu we were given here was a very SHORT version of the online menu. Needless to say, they couldn't serve us the intended meal we came for, so we had our drinks and left. From what we were told, this is to be expected during the month of December (private parties reserving the various restaurants). Personally, I feel disrespect toward the owner, for allowing his greed of money from these parties to interfere with business-as-usual on a weekend night during a holiday city event.

Just went to see the Dueling Pianos, which was a ton of fun. I had the Apple Annie’s Burger, which was maybe one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere of this place is super cool and unique, and it was neat to see all the different little areas that were there. However, when we got there, we were so lost. We went in to the Rosie O’Grady’s bar, and had no clue what to do. We stood there clueless, and no one helped us at all. Overall, it seemed like it was assumed we knew everything about how this place worked, where to go, and what they served and didn’t serve in each bar. So here’s what I’ve learned: - Rosie O’Grady’s is apparently the only bar that you can’t order food at, but you can order food anywhere else - After you order your food at the bar, you tell them where you’ll be, and they’ll bring it to you - Not every bar serves the same drinks, nor do they have a drink menu, so you’ll just have to ask what they do and don’t have This place would’ve been great if there was just a bit more service. We got there around 7:45pm, so maybe we were just too early?

We've been coming here for years and never had an issue until last week when we were kicked out by an extremely rude waitress with shoulder length blonde hair for something someone else did. We were just sitting down at the piano bar listening to music when a girl walked by and dropped her drink, breaking the glass. The waitress came over and started yelling at my friend and called security to escort him out, claiming that he dropped the drink and she saw him do it (she wasn't even there when it happened and he was drinking a beer, not a cocktail). I stood up to say that I saw it happen and it was a girl who dropped it so then she decided to have my husband and I kicked out too just for defending my friend. I genuinely thought she had made a mistake and wasn't even mad yet. She told security that we'd been causing problems for her all night but she wasn't even our waitress and that was our first interaction with her. We had been sitting in the same spot for hours, not the slightest bit disruptive, and I wasn't even drinking. There was a drunk guy near us who kept bumping into people all night (I saw her get mad at him) and that might be who was causing "problems" but no one listened when I said that he wasn't with us and that my friend didn't break the glass. That girl blatantly lied to have us removed and was instantly hostile when I tried to defuse the situation. I hope someone sees this so she can know what she did was wrong and that this experience ruined this...
