Seville’s Spanish Square, it won’t disappoint anyone❗️

Here for the crawfish festival at Seville square. Very expensive. Not worth the price. I got the Gumbo and my son got the alligator on a stick and onion rings. Total was $36. No drink and a small cup of gumbo and 3 pieces of gator meat on a stick. This is not what I was expecting. If you come after 3pm. Children 12 and under are $2 and adults are $5. The food is terrible. I threw away most of my Gumbo. It tasted like salt water with a lot of okra and very little of everything else. Terrible terrible. Beware before you come here. Same arts aav be crafts, that are over priced. If you are local here. You're better off going to your regular restaurants around town. This was originally started off, to experience new food and at reasonable price. Now it's more less thrown together food with no effort or care. The only way this is going to get better is if people stop going and accepting to pay these absurd prices for almost nothing. At best, this food is equivalent to middle school lunches with fine cuisine prices. That cup of gumbo is in a 16oz. cup, that is $18. Not worth it and the people working these food trucks look like fair ground workers. What happened to family owned concession trucks? These people have learned how to take something that used to be good and use that to sell less than average food for triple the price of most restaurants in town.

Foe decades Seville Square has been the iconic center of all downtown festivals and events. The gazebo is still holding out and serves for the stage for most smaller events. we built festivals like Rock for the Rainfest, Pensacola Jazz fest, Pensacola Seafood Festival and Earth Day right here. when theres nothing going on the park is shaded by heritage oaks with ample parking complete with water view.

Fantastic Park is located in a historic area in pensacola, which pensacola is historic in general. The live oaks in the park create a great venue to gather and stay cool in the summer. We were there on a 95-degree day and were comfortable. Multiple events are held from the jazz festival to opera in the park, usually with vendors. Fantastic highly recommend and places to eat around the park .

We love Seville Square and it's vicinity. Husband and I got married in the gazebo in the middle of that adorable little park (Seville Square) in 2008. We come back every once in a while just to hang out and look around and walk down memory lane. Beautiful place, definitely worth a visit. Wonderful old trees and nice cafes/restaurants, all within walking distance.
