I had went through the drive-through at 6:50 a.m. not knowing that they open at 7 a.m. okay I see that that is my mistake. But I seen another car in the drive through and I went to the drive-thru I waited there a couple minutes when I got no response from the speaker I answered "hello" no response I said it again and no response so I drive to the window nobody's there I honk and I wait there and nobody comes to the window again they are not open which I understand but you could have at least came to the window or said over the headset "we open at 7" So I've been decide to just go in and order when I go to the door it is locked an employee which I am assuming is a shift leader or a manager because she had a button up shirt on rolled her eyes shook her head came to the door said 7 and walked away. This was just beyond Rude the fact that it was 10 minutes until they opened and they would not take my order is one thing and the fact that she reacted that way is a whole nother thing on a whole different level. That was horrible customer service it was rude in general whoever-she-is should not be in charge of anything. I hardly ever come to this Burger King but I will never come back now I love the Burger King on 91st and Peoria I have never ever had an issue with them they have great customer service. By the looks of these other reviews this Burger King really needs to make these employees watch more than one video on customer service. This is only gettonf 1 start because i have to rate it its like -10 stars....
Read moreOrdered at drive thru, 5 seconds later I'm paying at drive-thru. Guy hands me my card back & receipt; I then pull forward to get order, ONLY to realize there's NO second window for order pickup. Now it's too late to backup cos there's 3 cars behind me. I'm forced to pull around & go inside.
2 people in line, so I wait a few seconds. I ask guy at register if they only have one window at drive-thru. He ignores me, but a customer replies 'yeah they only have one. I precede to say I didn't get my food cos I didn't know there was only one window & I've paid for food I didn't get.
Employee continues as if he didn't hear me, completely ignoring me. A minute later a female employe is at counter. I begin telling her to refund my money after the guy leaves me at counter to go work the drive-thru & still had not even bothered to give me my food even tho he knows why I'm in line. I explain the situation with the window, saying its my first time there so there's no way I'd know there's no 2nd window for pickup.
At this point the guy finally rushes over, & says to female, 'here's her food, I got it right here. Nope, don't want it cos it certainly cold by now! Female offers to remake my order, I accept a refund instead as I was running late to an appointment. It's sad that this guy assumed he could ignore me & then expect me to be okay with cold food!
I must commend the female tho (I think she was the manager); she at least apologized to me, but the guy never acknowledged this huge...
Read more*BEWARE Made an online order. Arrived, told them my name, and was told to pull up to the window. Was then told by an employee they were out of chicken and needed to make some fresh. I said no problem. Waited. Watched the manager whistle and count a drawer while the restaurant was still open for another 30 minutes. Side note, why are you counting the drawer 30 minutes before you close if you're not cooking the books...says someone that has counted many drawers... Anyways, then José the manager, tells me I need to pull around to the front to wait for my food. I do. Fast forward 30 minutes later. Not a soul in sight. I did not have shoes on, so I called inside. The manager very abruptly tells me that there are only 2 of them. Well, he was doing NOTHING the 10 minutes I sat and watched him through the drive-thru window while others were also waiting for their food. He raised his voice and was very rude and condescending. I told him, I just want a refund, he said, "You went through the app, I ain't got nuthin' to do with that."
This seems to be a pattern - in reading other reviews.
