Rapha Tea — Restaurant in Peoria

Another location and in the west valley! Rising Phoenix Oolong Tea and the milk tea version are both great at 25% sweet. Mighty Mango is a mango slush with a delicious matcha foam on top!! Wish I could have more of the matcha foam. I went during their grand opening, so it took a little bit for the drinks to come out. They had to brew more of the oolong tea, and I appreciate them doing that rather than telling me they’re out of it, which I feel like other places would do. Then they made it a milk tea instead of just the tea, and they offered me to keep the milk tea as well, which was why I got to try both versions, and it has a strong tea flavor. Service is great, ambiance is great and will be a great place to grab a drink with friends....

The milktea is very good, but for some odd reason they won't let you remove boba from a drink or substitute it with any other ingredient? I've literally never been to a milktea place where that's the case.

I got the wintermelon milk tea, and luckily I wanted boba because we were told we couldn't get it without it lol. My fiancé got the Rapha Signature and asked to replace the boba with aloe, but again we got a no. It was pretty good, but most times I just want the milktea, so I'm not sure if we'll return.

It's a shame, because my fiancé has been eagerly waiting for this location to open for a few months now.

OMG 40 MIN OF MY LIFE I'LL NEVER GET BACK!!! The wait is absurd. The drinks were TERRIBLE when we finally got them. My purple signature taro drink was so gritty and textured I thought I was eating grits through a straw. Very little flavor too. Also the halo halo smoothie was gritty and chunky. Worst drinks I've ever had. How on earth are people giving this place 5 star reviews?!?! Unless you have never had boba before and you have literally nothing to compare this place to, but even then I would give it 1 star. There are some really authentic boba spots here that put these drinks to shame...like Aloha Tea and Coffee...treat yourself...
