Today I noticed the new menu style with the handful of burgers and the single, double or Angus options. I was on board but why did you start serving leather in a bun on the same day? The last few weeks i was going daily. You had good service and good food. Today the normal employees were gone. A new employee I've never seen that wasn't as on the ball was working the window, and I got two burgers that were leather on a bun. Cold and overcooked. That was never a problem in the past. I've been going here for years. I see that you aborted the robot ordering process. It honestly wasn't that bad but I could see older folks struggling on something like that.
Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. It's not rocket surgery. We order food. You provide that food. Overcooking a burger patty 2 hours before I arrive and dropping it on a cold bun with cold cheese is not the move. The food was provided fast so it was physically impossible for them to have recieved my order and then overcooked my burger and then let it dry out for a couple hours on a warmer.

Read moreI placed an order through the Carls Jr app for delivery. Door dash did not deliver the order even though it was said to have been delivered. I called this restaurant, the one the order was placed at, the phone was passed around because no one knew what to do. The guy that was “helping” me said they would not remake my order because it was “too expensive” and I could not talk to a supervisor because they were “occupied”. He was extremely condescending and would not let me speak which was pretty frustrating. When I asked for his name he hung up on me. I have called back 11 times in the last 40 minutes to either have the phone picked up and hung up immediately or to just ring on and on until the call is disconnected. Door dash said they will not refund my order because it was placed through the Carl’s Jr app. There is no way to contact Carls Jr to request a refund and no one will answer the phone. So I’m out $35. No food. The dasher stole my order and the tip and door dash stole my delivery fee. And no one will help me. I’m absolutely in shock of how awful this...
Read moreExtremely disrespectful employees. Went to eat inside was told they no longer are open inside and to not bother to use the drive thru. Was told store hours have changed but when I stated the hours say differently on the window. The employee stated the new signs have not been put up yet. This store sure has changed towards customers lately. I then saw the same employee getting very aggressive towards other customers that wanted to order. The police had drove up snd also wanted to eat but was denied service by the same employee. The officer told everyone that it would be a better idea to go somewhere else. You really don’t want to eat here after the way the employees are acting no telling what they will do to your food. The employee named Elijah is a very angry and aggressive person that shouldn’t be representing anyone’s restaurant or company.
