Mochinut Peoria — Restaurant in Peoria

So we normally come here and it’s great but yesterday was a different story. I went in and ordered 2 mozzarella hot Cheetos, 3 mochi doughnuts and an ice cream . They told me it would be about 10 minutes which I was fine with knowing that we usually get good quality. Took my order to my car and my kids was disappointed!! I noticed it was SLOPPY and hot Cheetos was barely sticking to the corn dog and there was barely any Cheetos. So when I took it back and told the worker about it she responded with “ we put whatever Cheetos we could and it’s not sticking so I just told the other girl we can’t sell anymore” so I asked for a refund and she (shorter girl that was working)” was rude about it.

My whole thing is if the worker knew that it wasn’t good quality she could’ve just told me and refunded me instead of trying to serve something sloppy.

Consistency is key and serving quality over...

the first time we ate here it was great but the second time we came in and ordered we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food because the forgot our order, a little while into the wait they asked us what we ordered again because the forgot and then told us it would be another 6 minutes, it ended up taking 15. we also watched someone walk in after us and order two drinks, we had also ordered two drinks, and they got theirs almost immediately while we had been waiting 7 minutes, we waited about 15 minutes total to get drinks and then about another 15-like 25 to get our food. while we were waiting (over 30 minutes…for corn dogs..) we noticed that the staff were just sitting in the back eating doughnuts or staring at their phones . the cherry on top is when we got home we wanted to re heat our food and found a hair in one of our corn dogs. overall it just felt really...

The guy there forget our order and seems rude when we ask for the sauce go with the hot dog.

I order crunchy cereal half and half and the lady behind me order hot cheetos half and half. So when the cereal come out, I came to pick up my order and he said it was not mine, it’s for the lady behind me. Then he act like he forget my order and go back inside to make it. He return and call again for the “crunchy cereal half and half” but no one answer so he call the lady behind me because he believe that it’s hers. She said that it was not so he turned to me and said “YOU CAN HAVE IT NOW”. That’s freaking RUDE since he even didn’t say sorry.

P/s: just figure out now that the one he gave me is POTATO half and half, not CRUNCHY CEREAL half and half...
