My Order was placed on online for 603pm pickup. I arrive at 6pm. Ordered a Deep dish pepperoni and Italian cheese bread and 2 desserts. Pay for my order when I arrive. Few ppl show up after me and get there orderer right away. I ask the female Employee with the Orange Hat if my order is ready she states it's still being worked on . There is about 4 total employees workering on Easter Sunday. Couple of other ppl walk in an receive there orders. It's 620pm now and I still haven't received my 4 item order yet. I ask again if my order is ready and the response is still working on it the employee with Orange Hat states.. They call an order for a gentleman named Steve but it not my order. At this time it's 635pm and been waiting patiently. Ask the to speak with a manager A women with a Green Shirt ask for my name and what my order was an how many items.. she opens up the hot box and reads my name and says it been here all the time. So as a business I would hope they would employ workers that are able to mutli-task and know what they are doing. So please Little Caesars try to Retrain your employees so that know how to read ppl names and can work in the Costumer Service/Hospitality industry.. you could have offered me a soda or something for having to wait longer than I should have but NO such offer was made. I wasn't looking for anything but a good faith jesture would make me feel important as you took my money with saying even a sorry or for the...
Read moreThis is the worst Little Caesars I have ever seen. They consistently mess orders up. I see customer after customer come in and complain. I see the shift manager hide in the back and send the front counter person to face the upset customer time and time again instead of them stepping up and talking to the customer and making things right. On what you would think be a busy night Friday thru Sun evenings always out it fresh pizzas and a line in the waiting area . Tonight I waited 25min after they said it was going to be eight minutes. While waiting a customer who LC messed up on came in after LC called them and told them to come down to get some cheesy bread after they forgot in the order , came in and was told on the phone that it would be ready by the time he got there , he came in they tried to give him regular bread sticks when he told them they messed up again that it would be 15 minutes again he said why , LC had called him , he didn't call in , and that why should he have to wait again if it was supposed to be ready when he got there .. but the manager would come to the front to discuss it he sent another counter person to tell him. My kids like this pizza from some reason and unfortunately it's the closest one to us . But I don't recommend...
Read moreWhat happened to “making it right” with customers when you mess up an order? The fact that I drive to the place, pick up my online order, get home and realize the order is messed up so TRY to call. No answer. Have to drive back to get told “oh no, we don’t answer our phones.” Then, have to wait another 15 minutes inside while my order is being remade and NOTHING done to make the situation right. No apology, no additional items for the inconvenience… also, if you are going to put an individual in a “manager” position, it would help if they actually could manage a location. When I first arrived, the employees, including said “manager” were just glued to their phones while she says “one moment, I’ll be right there” as I can see you are just looking at your phone. Would be nice if a supervisor can reach out to make this right cause there is still a bitter taste from the whole event. These people in fast food just do not care about their customers or the quality of what they are...
