Do not ever order online from these people. In fact don't even go to this Panda Express at all. My husband and I decided to try the online ordering tonight after multiple times coming in and having to wait on all the online orders to be done before we'd be served in person.
We ordered at 6:20 and were told the order would be ready at 6:45. So we showed up at 6:45 and they had not even taken the ticket out of the machine. We walked up to the register and said we were here to pick up our order and the women in there just stared at us and said okay. THEN they went and got the ticket and started boxing up our order. We waited for 10 minutes and the woman boxing the order was literally going as slow as possible. I could clearly see that all the food we ordered was available but they set our boxes aside like something was waiting to be cooked. They helped 3 groups of teenagers (total of 15 people) first and then finally gave us our order. Our order was supposed to be READY FOR PICK UP at 6:45 and it was not given to us until 7:05. The girl who handed it to us just said "oh sorry, here you go"
When we got home, we were missing the extra entree and 2 egg rolls that we ordered. We paid a total of 4.65 extra for food we didn't receive. On top of that, we asked for chopsticks and soy sauce in our bag and didn't get those either.

We went in tonight to grab dinner, my mom was buying but we don't have a car so we rode our bikes up there, obviously my mom didn't go with us. Our meal was just over 25 dollars, when I presented my mom's card and asked to see id which is fine, it's good they do that. However when I stated it's my mom's card, and I have permission to use it, they still gave me a hard time, asked if I had any change that could bring it down to 25 so they could use the card, now I had my own money however was not wanting to use it since my mom was paying. I told them I didn't and said I could give my mom a call and have her tell them I could use their card. The manager said I could, and while on the phone with my mom another employee in the back pipped up "She can't take the card with out a form of id" So I said never mind give me my card back and paid with the cash that I was planning to use for something else to pay for dinner. Read moreMe and my girlfriend walked in to grab our mobile order that we were just notified was ready, and we see it sitting on the counter behind the cashier Maya, we wait on the side as maya is helping another customer, once she finishes with them maya walks right by us, while looking my girlfriend in the eyes and proceeds to go and make drinks and talk to other employees before greeting us with a very negative attitude and a rude yet loud HELLO while looking pissed off and annoyed of our very existence, we tell her we are there for a mobile order and maya rolls her eyes, grabs the food, very sternly asks for the last initial and shoves the food toward us. We walk out without another word exchanged, i love this panda and i come here literally all the time and have never expirenced such rude and quite frankly shitty service.
