Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peoria

They failed to give us a reciept for a transaction. When my employee returned the following day she was told "I can't get the receipt for you for a couple days, its a long process" when he was told she needed it he told her "sounds like thats your problem" I then called explaining that she needed it for work and Monte proceeded to lie to me that finding a receipt was a long process and would take days. Unsurprisingly to me, they found it quickly once I informed I would be taking my complaint to the owner/operator. They then called me 3 more times to tell me to come and get it after we had already settled on a time for pick up. Then when my employee to pick up the reciept, two ladies working started interrogating my staff asking why she needed the receipt. Honestly none of their business and we wouldn't even be dealing with them had the staff handed over the receipt when the transaction occurred. Awful service and unwillingness to do the basic duties...

First time at this particular Dunkin'. Liked the large open concept inside. Bright and cheery. Had two apple cider donuts and a coffee. Asked for senior discount. Got at whopping 26 cents. I do like their coffee, but no more than a much less expensive McDonald's coffee and they also give a nice senior discount. I thought the handles that dispense the drinks were set up to remind one that they were in a bar. If you look at the pictures I attached you will know what I mean. Those with a conservative mind may not think the idea is appropriate for a donut business. I have yet to find a Dunkin' Donut that has any decent donuts in my opinion anyway. I lone for the days of at least a decent Mr Donut donut. They were so much more superior. My donuts today were dry and more or less tasteless in my palate anyway. It was nice to be able to go inside and set down and relax...

I paid $25 for 4 signature lattes. 3 of them were Peppermint mocha. None of them had Peppermint or any of the toppings that go on a signature and a cocoa mocha latte and that one wasn't made right either. Some of the drinks were also half full. It is disappointing when you pay full price and every drink was made wrong. I paid for a service I didn't get. I am exrremely upset. Beware and unless something happens I won't be back.

Also it took several minutes to be acknowledged by staff at the drive thru. If you are busy, which there was only one car in front of us, at least let us know you see us. It is the polite thing to do. But what do I know. I ordered from a business that clearly did not care about who was...
