Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peoria

The donuts and coffee are fine. What isn’t fine is being screamed at by the woman (older, of Middle Eastern descent) at the drive thru window. I placed an order through Apple Pay, which didn’t go through to the store, but charged my credit card. The woman accused me of placing my order at the incorrect location (not true), saying I did something wrong, even though I showed her I was charged anyway. I don’t appreciate her yelling at me and embarrassing me with zero attempt to make anything right or even consider this was a technical error through Apple Pay. She was more focused on being right than considering this was a legitimate technical error. As I leave, she yells out “BYEEEEE” is a very sarcastic tone of voice. So incredibly rude and disrespectful! I had to drive around again, pay AGAIN, and this order went through. The only reason I drove back around was that I promised my partner Dunkin and I was running late. The old guy working in the second shift is very rude, condescending and cheap. One day I went to this store to eat Banana split ice cream which has a banana and three scoops of different flavors which we get to choose.

I requested the guy to give me samples of three flavors out of which I liked 2 and did not like the third, when I asked him to give me the 4th he refused and he insulted me telling not to eat ice cream without paying money and he racially discriminated me saying these guys are always cheap. I was upset with his behavior and told him that I would never go there. Without any regrets he said please do not show up in my store again(as if he owns the store). This guy is very demeaning ( the old gujarathi, who speaks broken English). I never wen to that...

Put in a mobile order at 7:50pm. Had to wait 15mins in the line alone for my food. Person working said they had to turn on the ovens since they were "closed". All the lights were on and both online and the window said they were open for another hour. Couldn't get the donut I ordered since they were out of all donuts. Was offered a muffin. After leaving, the muffin was rock hard and the coffee was gross and watery.

The last maybe 4 times I've tried this location in the past 2 years the quality of the food and drinks has been absolutely awful. Always made wrong or out of items. And this location also closes at random times at night. I have previous placed a mobile order only to drive up and see they were closed without warning.
