In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Peoria

Customer service here was decent but could have been better. I ordered my usual single patties. I eat a lot and always get them individually priced and Never stack them. I asked for the ones with out cheese to be stacked and only two of the ones with cheese to be stacked. They got that incredibly wrong and ordered it wrong costing me an additional 3 dollars compared to the 50 times I have previously ordered this meal. I will never come back to this location based on the overly rude cashier who told me this is how they are supposed to write it up. Long story short I order this at least once a week if not more It has never been ordered this way and when I try to complain she was so rude I couldn't even eat my food I just had to write this review instead I'm still here in case the person reading this review cares I'm outside happy to talk to you.

Updated: No one came to speak with me nor replied to this review. Obviously the owner/manager of this location plans on just getting by with the Chains reputation. Sad that they don't care about the local people who drive more business their way.

Not that it matters as I am sure they will survive with out my families nine members constantly visiting but the previous location I visited prior to this one opening promises to never do me dirty like this location.

Hope other people find value in this honest review.

I encourage the cashier to read a book or two on body language and facial expressions. Learn that deferring to "that's how we were told to do it" is the least constructive answer and shows no ability to overcome customer objections.

Manager, you should show your staff how to retain customers and not dismiss their concerns like we are second class citizens.

Any prospective customer: Don't expect service like you're used to from this location. Food was still delicious even though it was not as I ordered.

First time at this location, was shocked at how bad my experience was because we love In N Out in my family.

Boy and girl handling the orders and line outside. Girl took our order, kept cutting us off “to get it right”, then quickly turned around to talk to the boy. Before telling us our total or asking if we wanted it to go or in the car. She lets us know which car to follow and it makes zero sense how she chose.

We get stoped by someone new and give a ticket with our order, most of it being wrong or not even ours. At the window we ask for it to be corrected.

We pull up the second window and get handed two bags of the wrong food- my husband says this is our food. “That’s your food, it’s all in there” the girl at the window says. I just had my husband hand her the receipt. She takes the food back in a snatching motion and grabs our order.

We love in n out, have had it literally hundred+ times at various locations all over the valley, CA and Las Vegas. This was our first time at this location and it was the worst one we've ever been to. They somehow messed up our order, even tho they repeated twice correctly. ( our lettuce and pickles on the side were missing) We requested well done on meat patties, they were still undercooked. Just very underwhelming from our favorite fast food spot, we always appreciate their consistency, freshness and ability to customize our orders.
