If I could, I would give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible! Went there today (10/17/21) after placing an order via the McDonald’s app. Got there and was so thankful I did that because the line in the drive thru was ridiculously long. Parked at a number and opened my app. Hmm, no option to tell what spot I’m in. Oh well. I’ll just let them know I’m here via the app and run in and get it. Oh wait the door is locked. Let me call and find out how I’m supposed to get my order which was already paid for via the app since I alerted them I was here. Person answers and I ask how I’m supposed to get my food. The supposed manager I talked to said I have to get in the drive thru line like everyone else. Um, excuse me? I ordered in the app to avoid the drive thru line. I ask for the manager’s name. He says he is the manager and he’s not allowed to give his name out. Ok, then what’s the store manager’s name? Apparently he can’t give that out either. He then tells me he can’t continue to argue because he has other orders to get out. He then proceeds to tell me the next manager comes in at noon and I can call back then and that manager will tell me the same thing. I would’ve cancelled the order right then and there had I not already been charged via the app. So now I have to wait in the drive thru line. Oh well, they have two lanes. Oh wait, one of them is closed. Finally get to the speaker and see a sign that says they aren’t serving blended ice drinks. WTH? Get to the window, again ask for the manager’s name. Girl at window 1 (whom was actually very sweet) tells me she can’t give it out. I haven’t ever heard of a store not giving out a manager’s name. Absolutely ridiculous. This was the last draw. My entire family will not ever use this store again. I’d much rather drive an extra 5 minutes to another store, or better yet visit Burger King which is right across the street. This location really needs to retrain their staff on customer service. Adios McDonald’s at 83rd Ave and Thunderbird, or should I say...
Read moreIt has been a year since today "Christmas day" by far the worst rudest experience from this McDonald's on 83rd Ave in Thunderbird! I haven't put a review on that day yet but I just have so much hate for this place I couldn't even think about this McDonald's. Basically I went there and it wasn't even busy when we went the first round. Got home obviously they messed up my order. Went back to the drive thru because the lobby was closed and it's starting to get busy. Told the lady about my order that I was missing things and it was just very messed up. Wrong sizes wrong burgers . It was just ridiculous. So they lady said ok we got it all squared away. Got home and no joke my order was still messed up and missing stuff. This time I go back and I see this young Hispanic man probably in his twenties with a new York Yankees jacket. Told him if he can help me plz. And if there was a manager I can speak to. He told me to go through the drive thru and they will take care of me. I explained to him I have already been through there three times and it's already been 45 minutes since I ordered my meals. He ignores me.and walks to his car and stays in there for twenty five minutes. I saw a man waiting outside the store and he was mad too because they messed up his order. I walked in and there were four people waiting for their orders to be fixed. The guy that was wearing the Yankees jacket walks in and goes to the office and starts passing out coupons to the employees. Wow so that A$$ was an acting manager. I just got all disgusted out by this experiences that I NEVER WENT BACK AND MADE SURE MY FAMILY NEVER BOUGHT MACDONALDS AGAIN! You guys need to learn how to read a ticket properly and that will reduce the amount of ridiculous screw up u guys have. Go back...
Read moreAbsolutely awful experience, every single time. I’ve been a few times to this location and I normally don’t care for the wait. Mind you, it’s not because they’re so insanely busy with a line, they just want to clear their time at the drive-thru and make you park to wait. Whatever - this last time we came to get our order, the woman at the window (didn’t catch her name, heftier lady, maybe half Hispanic, worked late) asked us to park. We’re about to move but I asked my husband to ask her to throw some sauce in the bag, I felt bad I didn’t want her to bring our food out into the parking lot & then have her go back inside again. So we wait a moment, she peers around the corner literally EATING a pie then makes her way to us. We let her know we just would like some sauce to come with our food and incredibly rudely says, “Ok but I asked you to go park - I’m on a timer.” You’re so right, we shouldn’t have been courteous to you, instead I should have waited for you to make your way outside, then have you go back & forth for SAUCE. It seems this location rushes you out of the drive-thru for the sake of making them seem quick on reports when you’ll actually be waiting quite a while. You’ll be even luckier if they get your order right, as they’ve forgotten to give me items before or mess them up entirely. The best part about it is that NO sauce was included - sure enough I went back in because it wasn't even about the sauce anymore. Idc about your time clock when you’re an incredibly disappointing human being to people trying to make your JOB easier. She wasn’t who I spoke to when I came back in, instead it was a petite woman, also Hispanic, who was incredibly nice surprisingly - perhaps the manager here, & if she wasn’t she...
