Let me start by saying I typically HATE Southwest or anything Mexican food like. It's very hard to find me eating at many places that are. The staff when we walked in was pleasant and not pushy in the least. They were patient as we looked at the menu because we have never been to a Moe's before.
The food was good for a place like Moe's. Don't get me wrong, I realize they are a fast casual dining place. Those who think you'll come in, take a seat and get served...sorry. But it's not fast food either. Each of us had something different. My son had tacos, my daughter had her food in a bowl, my wife and I each had different burritos. I'm a big guy and usually need a lot of food to fill me. Not at Moe's. I got a burrito with grilled steak pieces. Though they cost a little extra, well worth it for me. The southwest vinaigrette was amazing to top my burrito but they have other options as well. I did get a side of Moe's sauce but once I tried the vinaigrette, I was hooked. Not one person in my family complained about the food, though my wife couldn't finish her burrito, though she normally isn't a big eater at lunch.
The one thing I wish was different was the interior. Behind the counter, you have these nice tiles that really work with the color of the logo from Moe's but then you go to the back seating area and you have a wall that is grey on the bottom half and white on top. The decor is all about Moe's and the food you're eating. I get it, that's how most fast casual places do it now but a nice Southwest decor or even some pictures or other things representing the southwest would've been nice. After all, it's not like you have to go far to get some inspiration. We are in Arizona after all. That would be my only real complaint.
Aside from that, again, the staff was great and very patient with us. The manager kindly helped us out when we were having some confusion with the app as well and was very apologetic about the confusion. That's more of a corporate thing that needs to be fixed (the app not the manager) so I won't dare fault the location for that at all. Most likely we'll come back again...

He explained the worker was fairly new but still owned up and said thats not an excuse for bad service. He then wanted to make it right and offered us another visit on him. We went in tonight and Daniel was very good about taking our order and was much better service wise. Sosa's wife Jessica had came out to help as the line got bigger and she was VERY kind. When we got to the register she had brought Sosa out and we had a great conversation. They really do care about their customers and making sure everyone has a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place. The food is good and has lots of options for the whole family.
I visited with my daughter last week. It was our very first time there (so we took a few min to decide what we wanted) I asked the worker what he suggested was good and he didn't seem enthused at all more so like I was wasting his time (mind you nobody else was in there it wasn't busy) then I decided to try the stack he asks if I want liquid cheese on it i said I think it comes with it (per the written ingredients under the item on the menu) he says no it's extra and the other guys working there chimes in and said no it is included on the stack, throughout the rest of asking what I want inside he seemed very rude and short about everything so it was a bad first experience tbh. Also it seemed as though the owner or gm was there and never stepped in to make it a good experience at all. Very disappointed 😞 the stack actually tasted good and my daughter got a quesadilla which she liked but may never go back nor recommend due to the bad...

The grilled steak burrito lacked any char or smokiness, tasting more like it had been boiled than grilled. The rice was inconsistently prepared—some grains were properly cooked, while others remained unpleasantly crunchy. The white meat chicken appeared to have been sitting out for an extended period, resulting in a dry and unappetizing texture. The chips were noticeably greasy, and the salsa, while slightly sweet, was devoid of any real depth or flavor. Overall, the menu failed to deliver on its promise of a "Southwest Grill" experience.
Cleanliness was another concern. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty aside from the staff, which should have meant a well-maintained space. Instead, I found myself wiping down my own table, scrubbing off dried queso without any acknowledgment from the employees. Sunlight streaming through the windows only highlighted the thick layer of dust atop the glass, adding to the sense of neglect.
Needless to say, I will not be returning and...
