Terrible customer service. We placed and paid for our order, Dec 4th, 5:45 pm that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:00 pm. When I arrived at the store and went to where it said On-Line Pick Up I waited about 10 minutes then finally asked for help. That's when I was told to go stand behind about 5 people in line who were waiting to order food. When I told the person I had already ordered and paid for my food on-line, she said again I had to wait in line and they were really busy, etc. (This person later said she was the manager and her name is Amanda.) By now it's about 6:15 pm. When I asked to speak to a manager and then asked for a refund, she said I was being rude, she was the manager, and said she couldn't do a refund, that I would have to contact "Coporate". However, a few minutes later she did come back, ask for the name on the order, and went and started putting my order together. By now it's almost 6:30 pm, 45 minutes since we placed the order on-line and 30 minutes since it was supposed to be ready for pick up. And, when we got home, there was no beef in the beef and broccoli, so my son had to go back again to get a new order and was also treated in a rude and disrepectful manner by this "manager". It makes absolutely no sense to get people to order and pay on-line, then when they get to the store to pick up their order at that time to then tell them to go wait in line and wait their turn before they even start putting their order together. I don't think this "manager" understands the concept of ordering on-line to avoid the wait and I'm sure that "Corporate" would not like to hear this is how customers who order on-line are being treated. I won't be getting anything again from this Panda Express...

Ordered A bigger plate with 3 honey walnut shrimp and 1/2 fried rice + 1/2 chow mein. Also 3 pieces of Cream Cheese Rangoon. Total came out to $23.25 on Uber Eats which is fine because I understand the markup. I have had this similar order in other Panda Express as well as this one couple months back because my wife and I do not eat chicken, pork, or beef.
The food was absolutely garbage. It was opposite of fresh (I picked it up hot). The chow mein was hard like it has been cooking all day. Fried rice was ok. Just ok as it’s like what rice taste like just barely edible.
Honey Walnut Shrimp: two orders came in the box with the sides. Let me tell you. It was just shrimp with a hint of honey, there was no walnuts. Shrimp was better than the other dishes. The third order of shrimp came in a box by itself. That’s where I found some walnuts. It was a few walnuts mashed together, didn’t taste that much like walnut.
Finally the cream cheese Rangoons. It tasted like cream cheese. There was no distinct cheese rangoon flavor.
I don’t think all Panda Express is bad, I just think that this location is absolutely the worst. Are the staff being trained and compensated enough? Do the servers/cooks care about the quality of their food? Does the owner care? If the food quality is as bad as what I had today, I think No is the common answer here. Not that anyone cares, I will not be getting any food from this...
Read moreWhen I went to Panda Express a few weeks ago, the drive through line was ridiculously long and for some reason they had dine-in closed. It took more than 15 minutes for me to even get to the point where I was in front of the menu and could order. I was okay with this because I was not in a hurry. What I was not okay with was the female employee that was working not using gloves when preparing my food and then touching my lo mein noodles with her bare hands to get the pieces that were falling out into the box. When she came to the window with my food, I calmly stated that I wanted to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. I'm not sure whether that was true because I've worked fast food and there was always a manager or assistant manager on duty. The girl working proceeded to then ask me, "what do you want me to do remake it?" And i replied yes because you touched my food with your bare hands. She then begrudgingly washed her hands and put on a glove and remade my food. No apology for the mistake. Whoever owns this Panda Express needs to teach their employees how to have much better customer service. My recommendation is not to go here because they do not follow health and safety laws when preparing food for public consumption and their drive through is ridiculously slow, despite there being at least 3 people working and the dine in portion of the restaurant...
