Update: Nice menu options with the bowls. Salads are soup are good. The store is very clean and employees are very helpful. They have great internet. Prices are a little high.
Updated review. Origiinal below. Ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Got two slices of bread with one piece of turkey. Ordered apples for the side ans got chips. They no longer have tea other than overbrewed and bitter black tea. It is a health food place with only sugary drinks. They've also eliminated wheat and other whole grain breads other than white. What used to be an excellent place with healthy food has become unhealthy and can't get any orders right. Ordered a honey wheat loaf, multi-grain loaf, and a package of sprouted rolls through drive-thru. The prices are high but the bread is really good and always fresh. It took several minutes to get the order but that was fine until I was handed a super-small bag ripping open with all the bread crammed inside. They have bigger, nicer bags and, for the price, should use them or just hand out each loaf separately without a bigger bag as to not smash the bread or risk dropping it all because the bag is ripped. It is an inexpensive way to show the customer they are valued. On the upside, the service was quick and they had the breads in stock at 9:00 am on a Sunday morning. They asked for my rewards care number as well, which...
Read moreOrdered the Signature Hot Chocolate with the Chocolate Chip Marshmallows and not only did it not come with the chocolate chip marshmallows, it was watered down and devoid of taste. Once I got to the bottom of the cup (and also from taste alone) it became obvious that powder was used as it was at the bottom of the cup which isn't what I expect of a rather small cup of $3 hot chocolate from a chain like this Even at a place like Starbucks (I do believe they're comparable) a chocolate syrup is used with milk.
Also ordered the Chicken Soba Noodle which was also bland and devoid of any real taste, even the broth was disappointing. It was around $15 total for overall disappointment (the other stuff I bought was fine) For the high price of food, the food (that I've tried) really isn't worth the price. I'll stick to bagels and regular coffee which have never disappointed and are usually the main reason I go anyway. (I just decided to something different this time)
I'm sure this is the company standard (I work in a similar industry so I know how it goes, which is why I'm not rating it lower), and myself and my friends do use the place due to its cozy atmosphere and location convenience, but it's important people know what they're paying for. $3 for watery bland hot chocolate isn't okay, even as a...
Read moreToday I ordered food on the app for delivery, apparently on weekends delivery is through 3rd party like door dash ect. My order said it was going to be here at 12-12:15 my order allegedly arrived 12:07 wasn't here called the restaurant answered very quickly told my issue they went to track down the order, door dash went to pick up the order at the restaurant at 12:10... don't know how they got it here at 12:07. Long story short door dash is trash and panera actually made it right by remaking my order and redelivering it and making sure I got it in hand. I even went as far as checking the cameras outside to see if the door dash delivered it to a different building they never showed up to the parking lot. But my re delivered order was fresh and super hot like it just came out of the kitchen so great job panera for wonderful service and wonderful food. I'm not forsure I'll be ordering panera again I'm fivesure I'll be...
