Absolute worst experience i have had at a fast food establishment. If i could i would give them 0 stars. Me and my friend got here with 2 mobile and went to a car hop. We put my friends order in first and proceeded to wait 30 minutes for her order. She has anxiety and wont eat unless the other person with her is eating so we place my order immediately after knowing it was going to take a while because they were having a rough night. We wait about 15 minutes and it says my order is coming out. Well little did we know that it was definitely not. We wait another 15 minutes thinking something is just being waited on. Then you wouldnt believe it, they shut the car hub lights off. I called the store twice and no one picked up. After that we realized we could use the call kiosk button and did so. They were rude ignorant and told us the car hop was closed and to go thru the drive thru. We waited in the drive thru for at least another 30 minutes as at the speaker he acted as tho it was no big deal as we had already waited at least 30 minutes. We finally got up to the window there was absolutely no remorse for the 2 hours we had been here and then gave me melted ice cream. I am beyond disappointed and will never come to this...
Read moreWent there this morning (9-21-24) for breakfast. Pulled up to drive thru speaker and was told to wait a moment. I waited 5 minutes and then said Hello. I was greeted back with “Whatchyu want.” I placed my order and went up to window and handed the guy cash to pay. He closed window and was gone for a while. The employees inside were screaming and cussing at each other saying the N word over and over. The guy finally came back and gave me my change and no receipt then shut the window again and continued to cuss and yell. Came back a long while later with my food and I opened it up to check it and my breakfast toaster had a cold piece of cheese, a slimy wet mess of an egg and half a piece of broken and burnt black bacon. I drove back around and knocked on drive thru window and asked for a refund and the guy took the bag back and handed me the same cash I just handed him that he had laying ontop of the register. So I’m pretty sure he is scamming Sonic collecting cash and not ringing the order all the way through. Reason why no receipt was given to me I imagine. I will never be back. Read moreWe live about 20 minutes away. We had 5 meals. We got home and started unloading the order to our kids. Two of the breakfast burritos were missing. We hopped back in our car to get the missing items. When we arrived at the place we informed the crew we were missing the burritos. We then asked to get fresh tots since ours were at home, on our kitchen table, getting cold. We were told they could get us fresh tots if we give them the other ones. We told them they are at our house 20 minutes away and they are more than welcome to come to our house and pick them up. The girl left the window and then came back and said we can't give you new tots. You have one job, check the bag before you hand it to the customer. Very poor customer service. If we were trying to get free food, we would have told them we were missing more than 2 burritos and we for sure wouldn't have driven the 20 minute drive home only to drive back here again. Further more, waiting in drive thru again over 15 minutes to get missing items. And isn't it a health department violation to take food or drinks back from...
