Slow unorganized and clueless on a weekend. This is my 2nd trip in the last 2 months and it may be my last. 1st trip I did carryout gave them 30 min when they said they needed 15 the pizza wasn't right so they made me a new one 30 min later they said it was done then showed the wrong pizza again. They blame the driver keeps grabbing the wrong pizza. So I waited again for them to make my pizza now 1 hour 30 min of sitting in the store. And they said my pizza was done and yeap wrong pizza again. The manager tried to talk me into taking the wrong pizza but I refused and ask for my pizza I paid for. So on the 3rd or 4th try i have lost track at this point in the store waiting over 2 hours it was right and the manager gave me a $30 store credit which is the only reason for trip #2. On 2nd trip I should have knew there was an issue when I pulled up and it was standing room only for pick up and it was so full people had to wait outside. I brave my way inside only to find poor customer service. I asked is my order ready they said "I don't know" I asked how long you think they said "I don't know" and when I asked for a manager I was told "they are slamming pizza in the back". At this point I'm only here for free pizza and I'm about to leave when my wife calls the store and someone answers the phone and tells her it's done I need to come to counter to pick up. So I bobbed and weaved back to the counter and they had my pizza and they looked ok until I got home. Then I find out that one of the pizza dough was still raw underneath the topping. Its obvious they cared more about getting something out rather than quality products. There slogan may be known one out Pizza the Hut well in Peoria they are serious out class and lost a customer. After observing it on my cameras, the driver came back, told me he was blind in his right eye, and said that he had hit my customers car. After numerous calls to Pizza Hut I am getting no response, going on six weeks, except to tell me not to call not there, and the problem is between the driver and myself. They will not give me the driver's telephone number but I have $6000 damage to my customers car. I don't think I'll be asking for delivery service anymore from a place that hires people with bad eyes and chooses not to get back to me. Now I have to accrue an expense from an attorney. Read moreI placed my order online at 1123am and it stated a delivery time of 1206pm. At 1225pm, I called the location and an employee named Brandon answered (finally after being placed on hold) and stated that his delivery driver had hit a curb and he was about to leave to go pick my pizza up to deliver it to me and said it would be 20 more minutes. At 1250, Brandon called and said he couldn't locate the business so I gave him directions. A few minutes later, Brandon arrived and stated my total was $15.71. I handed him a $20 and he asked did I want change? I stated yes so he went back to his car and then came back up and said the pizza was free.
