Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Peoria

We used to come here once or twice a week, but that’s not gonna happen ever again. Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas online and when I got there after waiting the required 15 minutes for them to be ready there were two people in line and no one at the counter. I could hear noise back in the kitchen, so I stepped forward and ventured a look beyond the counter. To my surprise, there was a pan on the floor at the end of the oven with a pizza turned upside down on the floor. That should’ve been my first clue that this was not going to go well. Finally, the one and only person that was in the shop came upfront to wait on us three customers. He began to ring up each customer and when he finally got to me, he said mine was ready so he continued to the back to box my order. I thought he would just hand me my two pizzas and I could be on my way, but he continued to box up all the other orders, which was about another five minutes. After finally picking up my order and taking it home, I discovered that my stuffed crust pizza with grilled chicken was totally fried – see attached pictures. On 31 Oct 2024 at 16:30 hrs local time I placed a take out order for a Pan Pizza at this location using the Pizza Hut website. The cost for a large pan Supreme Pizza was thirty dollars. When I arrived at this location they did not have my order in the computer. I showed two associates the confirmation email I received and the associates at the store agreed it was the correct location and the confirmation email was valid. They explained they didn't have it in the computer and couldn't help me. I explained my debit card had already been charged. They still claimed they couldn't do anything and would not make me a pizza. They would not offer me a refund. Said the charge would "fall off" later. When they didn't even offer to make me a pizza if I paid for it again, I left the store and went to another provider. Called my bank and disputed the charge.

Back in 1980 to 2000 I was a regular customer of Pizza Hut every week. My wife and I had decided to try Pizza Hut again and this experience just convinced me they are no longer worth it. Never going back now. It was once a...

Ordered online and when I got there no one was in the front. Waited a couple minutes before two guys came out from the back. One guy looked at me and continued to do something else then walked back into the back. Couple minutes went by same guy comes out looks at me a second time and continues to just walk around instead of coming to the front. The third time he looked at me I started waving and said excuse me. Again looked right at me and walked away. Finally a second guy came around and looked at me and acted like he was gonna walk away instead of serving me but I called out I was here to pick up an order and he finally came to the front. No apology for the wait, just tossed the pizza on the counter. This was my first visit to this location and I can say I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service.
