This had to be the absolute worst fast food experience I've had. We made a wrb order, as we pulled up. Everything was ordered, paid for just needed to go through the drive thru to let them know. It was 19 minutes before we even got to the speaker, 4 1/2 minutes later, they asked to take my order. We pulled forward and waited about 7 to get our food. They only took orders on 1-2 cars consistently at a time. The car got to the 2nd window, they took another order.
We got our food, both drinks were unmarked. We had to try them, just to see which was the diet.
We stayed 3 doors down, got into our food, the fries were room temp, burgers cold. Wendy's fries aren't the best anyhow, cold they're much worse. I couldn't eat them. Wish they never changed, the old ones were better.
My burger, a Baconator, was, well a Somewhere there's Bacon-ator. There were some crumbles of bacon on top, some crumbles between patties. Not one strip of bacon. I really like that burger, but not this one.
The only good experience? Well, with the mobile app we had a coupon for a free spicy chicken sandwich, that was going in the fridge for later. Over all, very disappointed. Although I don't live in town, we were here for our 20th Wedding Anniversary, I won't return on our way...

Both of these times I have received something worth less than what I payed. The first time I ordered the new nacho burger meal and made it all the way back to my work before looking in the bag and seeing I actually had a chicken sandwich. The fries were cold and the pop was out of syrup. Being someone who worked in the service industry for years I know everyone has bad days. Today I decided to give them a second chance and once again received something that was not what I ordered this time I ordered a $7 chicken BLT biggie bag, I checked my bag to make sure I had everything before leaving. I open my sandwich up and there is chicken patty and a slice of lettuce, no sauce, no tomato, no bacon. My fries were alright, but very obviously not fresh and my chicken nuggets were cold on the inside!!!!!!I have no time to turn around and get the correct order either time. Read moreI hate to even leave a review like this because I know food service is tough and things happen, but this was just way too much. I used mobile ordering to save time, and it still took over 30 minutes to get my food. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was told to pull aside, then watched the car behind me get their order first. My food was even almost handed to the wrong car—thankfully the worker caught it.
What makes it worse is it feels like asking customers to pull aside is just a way to keep the system from tracking how long the wait really is. Honestly, I’d rather sit in line and know the time is being recorded than feel like I was just moved out of the way so the numbers look better.
And lately it seems to be getting worse—you get poor service, a long wait, and then nothing to make it right. Not even something small like a free Frosty.
