On the morning of 10/17/25, around 7am I walked in to get coffee and breakfast. I was not super familiar with the fall special drinks so I looked to the main coffee menu looking for a pumpkin spice coffee. When I asked the woman working, (looked to be late 30s) if they have any pumpkin spice coffee, she said no we have pumpkin pie. I asked her again (to double check) she said once again, no we have pumpkin pie. I put in an order for a different coffee. Went to fully look at the entire menu, and then I saw that the nest did indeed have pumpkin pie caramel cold brew. What a big Mis understanding that the woman taking my order could have explained more in detail. She was rude, it was not busy, I was the only person in there at the time. I have been there before but am not a regular. Maybe next time explain things so that I can get what I want instead of made to feel dumb. This was the first and hopefully last bad experience Iâve had...
Read moreOur family loves Nest. We have a home on Rush Lake that we visit for a week each year, and Nest in Perham is our first stop every time we come up. We talk about this place year round in the lead up to our trip. It is always a great place for a fun and delicious drink, which brightens every day. We've been coming up for many years now, but this year we met the lovely Emily who made our visits even more spectacular. She was honest, kind, and bubbly while helping us decide on what drinks we wanted - remembering us and our order as we came to Nest every day of our week-long trip. Our drinks are always great (we've tried almost everything - coffee, smoothies, matcha - you name it). We hope to continue this tradition of visiting Nest for many more years. Thanks for the wonderful experience, everyone!...

The nest is part of a chain of other businesses in the area and benefits and suffers as a result.
This location is a great meeting / snack / coffee spot. It shares the building with a kitchen goods store that has high end brands from measuring cups to French Enamel cookware.
