Family Dollar — Local services in Perham

Very disappointed, asked a cashier to check on availability of a item in back , they had one on shelf and we wanted another and at first my daughter who wanted the item (shes 6) approached the cashier with mom not far behind and the cashier ignored my daughter so my wife spoke up and the cashier responded with , " I'm sure we do but there probably buried so I dont want to go look right now, stop back another time " ... now mind you there were two cashiers and only one register open and we asked the cashier that wasnt busy .. now I'm not the biggest fan of Walmart but when you ask a employee there to check the availability of a item they do . And had Walmart not been 20 min away I wouldn't have left without getting the items I already had , but I can assure you with this kind of customer service I wont patron this store if I dont have too .. They don't get paid enough for all the work they have to do, and the store always stays a mess no matter what...you can barely get to anything. Items you really like never get restocked after a while. I need my flow water, core water... mushroom risotto knorr cup, marshmallow cookies, and there are no fun hair colors that wash out for Halloween. It's a little depressing, but I got a good deal on some pants that fit okay, a bodysuit, some undies, and cute warm fuzzy shorts. The ladies do work on the store, but they have another job too, and and the other employees are kinda burnt out too. Leaving pictures of my finds. Cashier and manager were rude and condescending, just tried to load a greendot card, was at the POS maybe 5 times and the manager said "I'm not telling you it's a problem to load your card, but you should go somewhere else, and consider it's your magnetic stripe, which I prefaced to the cashier and manager. I guess when you don't understand how a POS works, you have a dirty store, higher prices, and rude employees, compared to dollar general. And they are competent, it's amazing! Even if the store was cheaper than dollar general (it isn't), I'd rather go somewhere that has well trained and well treated employees. The rudeness at this location is indicative of...
