Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Perkins Township

I never leave bad reviews but I’m actually baffled at the terrible customer service I just received. Ordered from this location with a coupon I got from an order I made previously that took over an hour to arrive. My new order never came. I called the store to see what was up, they said they tried calling me, no missed calls on my end. I asked why they didn’t just leave it at the door? Was told that’s not their policy because of bugs/theft. Even though contactless delivery is an option? I would understand if I lived in an apartment or something but I live in a house. Also if delivery was made and any of that happened it would be on my end. The order was paid for so I asked what could be done and was told I would have to place a new order and no refund would be given and was told with attitude that I wasted their gas. also got hung up on. L O L. give me a break! you’ll be saving a lot on gas because we will never be ordering from this...

I love this place, I order through these guys more than anyone, but tonight (and many other nights) I've ordered a chicken habonaro sandwich, either I used my points or just purchased it, tonight I purchased it, my total came to $11.58 cents, I also gave an $8 tip!!! The fact I was 2 cents off from the 12 dollar minimum with an $8 tip is insane! Making me pay for something I don't even want just to get it delivered is crazy, I always tip 50% or more, and the fact that I can't get something delivered on an $8-15 tip is insane! I understand if someone tips like 2 dollars or 3, but the fact I paid more than half the price of the sandwich and I still had to add stuff is insane, I'm not saying this to brag, more just to see if there's anything anyone can do about this, I had to buy a pop that I won't drink because I was 2 cents off of the max $12 for delivery. Besides all this though, I will 100% keep ordering from here, just a bit...

I am quite disappointed in the service that I received. The wait time on the website said 59-69 minutes at first with the delivery time posted as well. After the pizza made it to the quality check stage it sat there for over an hour and the estimated delivery time kept going up. I tried calling the store to see what was taking so long and I was sent directly to an automated voice system that told me the store was closed. This was before the posted time that they close at. After waiting another 20 minutes I was fed up enough to drive down to the store to see if I could just pick up my order, when I got there the driver was just leaving and I was told that the store was closed. I never received updates on my order and couldn't contact the store dispite there being employees present and a way to go past the phone machine. I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from here if you want to eat at a reasonable time...
