The service is always really great but they never get the toppings/cold foam situation correct. Most times I just drive away and deal with it even though I'm usually paying extra for something they forgot. This time was kind of the last straw where they messed up and gave my husband's drink regular cold foam instead of nondairy and he's lactose intolerant. It's Starbucks! What's not to say. As with any location, depending on time of day, the service can be really good or so-so. I would say that they get normal drink orders right. IF you have a variation, you don't always get the same consistency when it's right, or they they mess it up. My normal drink is only the same, in all the locations I have gone, 75% of the time.
