Del Taco — Restaurant in Perris

This is being written on 12/2/24 and when I went to this location here. So I want to know how did I order their two burrito thing, two regular tacos, one carne Asada taco, a regular fry their dirty del and regular soda. A minute later some guy comes in and order food then a another minute or two passes and some older lady comes in and orders at the counter and it seem she ordered a salad and some other food the next thing I know the guy gets his food which was just a small bag im like ok, then a few minutes later that same older lady gets her food and she has two like salad things and some other food (more than my order) and she leaves and im like in my mind “ummm where’s my food?” So the workers were quickly able to make both the guy and the older lady’s food and give them their food before my food and they came in AFTER??! Their stupid kios thing didn’t give me a receipt so I asked the lady if they call number or name and so she told me name so I’m ok then. Then finally they decided to give me my regular cup and then eventually they gave me my food, but why I get home and I open my bag and I see that not only one of my burritos is completely missing from the bag but with my carne Asada taco I put on the kios thing that I wanted sour cream on the taco and I open my taco and see there’s no sour cream at all…now it would be one thing if they were slammed packed with people but it was mid afternoon and no one was barley out there because I was looking at the windows and again the man and older lady was the only two (along with me) were inside the place and since I asked about my receipt and their kitchen area is small so I know they heard me asking about my receipt so I know for a fact when they seen my order on their screen thing it said to add sour cream to my taco- I don’t know how you take long a time making a simple order and even mess up on top of that. There were a whole bunch of females working behind the kitchen so I guess gossip time was more important than actually paying attention and making sure you actually get the order right....

I ordered a bean and cheese with NO red sauce and two mild sauces on the side because i don't like how much sauce they put in their burritos. I usually run into problems with del taco associates about this. On 12/22/18 @ 1:45 am i was at lunch and getting a burrito cuz there's not much vegetarian options this late. Well long story short i checked inside for meat in case they added ground beef and i saw a bunch of red sauce inside the burrito. To top it off i got medium sauce not mild. The manager needs to attend to these issues because i personally will never return here for food. I don't work for my hard earned money to have someone add whatever they want into my burrito. What if i had an allergy and was in a rush and didnt check? I'm sure there are people like this that go to del taco. To avoid a lawsuit id suggest you resolve this issue that has lost the business of one...

All the females in there right now are really bad. Poor quality service didn’t even acknowledge me at the counter so i walked out and went to the drive thru. ordered a simple order of regular cheddar fries and they have some how messed that up by charging me for a deluxe and giving me the wrong order. I didn’t realize till i got home so they are lucky i couldn’t tell them how bad they are at Customer Service, Awareness or cleanliness because i saw a worker wipe up some fluids with a damn tomato slice. then their simple task of serving fast food that comes across a screen is horrible because they got my simple order of fries wrong. Every single one of them including the manager in their right now should be retrained or have a nice chat with. It’s horrible and i don’t think i’ve ever been this annoyed by some fast food. It’s literally bare minimum expectations...
