Terrible customer service. I just got to an empty drive thru and still got my order wrong . You can tell the girl don’t want to work. Hurried me up with my order and still got it wrong. Asked me what sauce I wanted for my nuggets and got It wrong I asked for my receipt this time because it’s happened like 3 times at this exact location and even on paper she got it wrong . Also asked for an extra 10 piece and which she sounded like she heard me right asked me like 5 times “anything else “ all in a hurry to get my order wrong . I did not get my extra 10 piece and it wasn’t on my receipt I woulda been even more upset then I am now . I went inside to get my order corrected but they didn’t even want to look at me I stood there for 5 min the thing is I’m here on my lunch time I needed to go to work my self so I had to leave it as is . Left upset I will never come back to this location . The others were friendly at the window . Who ever worked tonight @ 9:00 pm 04/24/24 does not want to work there . Go to college if your so miserable with your life . I’m a very respectful person I like to thank Others for their service no matter what it is your doing for me because I expect the same level of respect back . You obviously don’t give a dam I hope your manager does . And I Hope others realize what a garbage...

I’m so made and hurt at the same time, until I can cry, I’m 51 years old and to have a 20 something years old “MANAGER” display such behavior is appalling. I DID NOT CALL HIM or THE FEMALE OUT OF THEIR NAMES NOR DID I USE ANY FOUL LANUAGE. All, because I refused to move for the change I was due.
I visit this MacDonald’s TODAY at 4:17pm. I’ve been going to this MacDonald’s for years. I have NEVER experience such rudeness like today. It became principal for me. The female REPRESENTATIVE handed me my change but the way she placed it, it fell. She did apologize but told me there was nothing she could do. I asked, for the manger. He says, “yeah”. I asked for his name, he stated Robert (then later Rob). I told him what happened and he claimed he could NOT go back into the register, that it would make them short. He debated back and forth with me, even suggested me to pull forward. No. In the end he took a key and got my change. Why couldn’t he have just done that in the first place??? And proceed to yell out...”YOU BETTER NOT COME...
Read moreThis place is completely ridiculous! I go to Mc Donalds all the time and everyone has always been excellent; TILL TONIGHT!! First the lady who took our order was rude and spoke to us like she didn't even want us there and kept sighing into the mic when talking to us. Then we got up to the window where the guy who passed us our order sat there in front of the window for almost 20 minutes before giving us our food. When we tried making conversation he gave us an attitude really quick and closed the window on us. We then took our food and hoped that was it until we checked the bags. We spent over $60 and WE WERE MISSING MORE THEN HALF OUR ITEMS!!! We turned around and came back and were sitting in line for almost and hour now before we go to the microphone and tell me how we were met with an attituded and an argument. I cannot believe what happened here and im astounded at the people Mc Donalds choses to hire for their workers. Obviously Mc Donalds no longer cares for their brand and who represents the face of the Mc Donalds franchise. Definitely won't come to this one in particular again and now I might just look for a who new franchise to dine with instead. GOOD BYE...
