I was attended by Jess, asked her to remake my order since it was not what I had initially ordered and she yelled at me saying that I was wrong and stating how the order was made and how they did not get it wrong I just ordered wrong on purpose to get extra drinks for free. I asked for oatmilk in my drinks and she kept screaming that the drinks already had oatmilk when I just tried to make sure the drink didnt have another type of milk in it. I told her I didnt know how the drink was made, and asked for the oatmilk just in case. I also asked her to stop screaming at me in front of other costumers and didnโt stop. She also made fun of my name and followed by making denigrating faces at me. I could have avoid this experience if the person attending the drive through lane was more thoughtful and had been welcoming when I asked her a question about my order but she closed the window despite me being still there. When she finally corrected my order she stayed there harassing me and would not leave despite noticing I was filling out something on my phone. And she kept screaming at my infront of incoming costumers, made faces and hand signals. I asked her to speak with the person in charged and stated was not available. I order the same item at every location I visit, my cost is always the same and it was today, however the barista that was making my drink turned to another employee with my order stating that my requested item didnโt make any sense as they laughed. Then turned to the one that took my order and corrected him on the fact that he should have charged me a higher price because I requested extra 2% milk in my drink! As I stated earlier, the cashier did exactly what every other location does. First of all, I patronize Starbucks almost every day...my wonderful home location calls me by name and knows my order like the back of their hands! Second, who is this barista to say that the way I like my drink doesnโt make sense! Third, you made me feel like I was nothing but an inconvience to you....maybe you need to not work in a customer service job if you donโt want to make the customer feel they are important! Bye the way, there was not enough 2%...

I order coffee and breakfasts at Starbucks at least 5x/week at different locations in the IE and unfortunately for me, this is the closest one to me since I moved to this nearby location so, I find myself here often. Time and time again, coffee is watery/milky/bland or I receive the completely wrong order; finding myself having to constantly add an unnecessary amounts of espresso shots or sweeteners when it should be a STANDARD to make it quality every single time without ripping people off. My suggestion as a customer is for management to go in and do taste tests regularly for quality control. The employees provide decent customer service but the actually quality of product is SO bad. So bad, to the point that I had to make an account to write this review after several failed attempts to receive a decent drink. I believe that the employees are not following recipes or are not being trained properly because even when I go back in to have them re-make the drink, itโs STILL BAD. PLEASE MAKE CHANGES!!!! Unfortunately, Waste of money, do not recommend...
