Subway — Restaurant in Perris

No vayan a este lugar en el 15 W nuevo Rd perris Ca.. el personal que tienen atendiendo trabajan demaciado lento y la trabajadora que me toco que me atendiera fue grosera e inrespetuosa.Ayer 10/04/24 llegue al lugar a las 4:07pm y al entrar solo estaban 2 personas atendiendo, 2 clientes comiendo en el lugar y 2 haciendo linea para ordenar.en el momento que la chica empieza atender a la Sra que estaba haciendo fila para ordenar entran dos chicos preguntando x una orden que hicieron x linea. Resulto que no estaba lista y los chicos tuvieron que sentarse a esperar que se las hicieran. la chica atendio a la siguiente persona que estaba enfrente mia y despues seguia yo. En el transcurso de la espera que llegara mi turno, los dos empleados ya habian atendido a los clientes de sus ordenes x linea y a dos que estaban enfrente de mi..hasta que llego mi turno y de repente los empleados pararon de atender a la fila de espera.como que buscaban algo y se daban vueltas de un lado a otro hasta que el empleado agarro el trapeador y hizo un mini trapeado.despues la chica regresa hacer los sándwiches que eran los pedidos x linea, mientras yo enfrente de ella esperando que me atendiera. Se llegaron las 4:50pm..desde que yo entre al lugar atendio 2 personas que estaban en linea adentro de la tienda.despues se puso hacer ordenes que fueron x linea..llego una trabajadora que empezaba su turno y que me atrevo a decirle que se estaban tardando mucho y que ya la fila estaba larga esperando pa ser atendida y que me contesta con una voz muy altisonante que si no quiero esperar que no regrese al lugar a comprar, que me vaya a otro lado.pues nos hicimos de palabras.Fue grosera y altanera. La gente que estabamos esperando ya estaba molesta y no fue capaz de disculparse x tan larga espera.Esa gente no deverian estar trabajando ahy no tienen los modales para estar atendiendo al cliente. Aparte que mis sándwiches me los dieron con falta de ingredientes, el pan todo quebrado,frio y ni siquiera estuvo toaster. Hoster ID...

THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE SUBWAY, THEY CLAIM TO BE BUT DO NOT OFFER THE SAME PRODUCTS AS A TRUE SUBWAY. Maybe the owners are cheap and are trying to save money by cutting out a signature peice of the Subway wrap menu. The guy working graveyard is humorous but they claim to not have the ceasar sauce which is advertised plainly on the menu. This subway has lost my service permanently due to the fact that they do not deliver the TRUE SUBWAY EXPERIENCE. Don't buy a sandwich here. They are supposed to honor the advertisement that has 30% more meat. Ordered roast beef and they gave me what little bit was left. Asked for swiss cheese and no swiss cheese either. Called them and spoke to Elissa and told her they are not honoring the advertisement. All I got was excuses like you have to bring the sandwich back. Hello who is going to go home with a sandwich and then bring it back when you find it was not made properly.
