Wingstop — Restaurant in Perris

Avoid this place. Manager will not answer the phone to attend to quality issues with food. We received cold chicken after waiting an extra 17 minutes after the app had said would be ready. Chicken also was fragments of a whole piece. Fries were overcooked and burnt. Called the location and stated my issue employees their aren’t to educated in customer service. If you’re ready to wait a ridiculous amount of time after your order is said to be ready & receive cold chicken, fragments of chicken to complete 1 piece and horrible unprofessional...

DO NOT COME HERE they didn’t even tell me the wait time and when I called them they said it was ready when I was waiting in the parking lot and once I go in there they said it’s another wait time of 10 minutes and then after 10 minutes they took a while like I waited almost an hour just to get the wrong orders I got only 3 flavors when I got the flavor feast for 4 orders and my tenders were the wrong flavor and fries were overcooked like crunchy and burned and spend $26 bucks for a scam not worth it, wings were good but I still rate...

The food is great and the service is good too. The only issue is that the app does not allow you to place orders for pick up or delivery and will glitch and will take your money without submitting your order. So now anytime I want to order ahead. I have to call it in and go pick it up instead of having it delivered. They really need to work on getting the app updated. So don’t place your order on the Wingstop app for this location if you don’t want to wait for your money to go back into your account hours or...
