update...went there at 1030.. ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 2 double rally birgers with cheese, and A LARGE FRY. .. I was told to pull around to.the other side and park in handicap spot.. because the needed to make "fresh meat" lol... ok whatever.. so while waiting i see several inconsiderate young characters going in and out the back door with food a couple of times.. and the girl who took my order leaves with these so called characters.... after waiting 15 minutes for my order i get it.. the girl who brought it out was actually nice.. however, I live literally 1/8 of a mile behind rallys got home no fries, all the burgers were ICE COLD.. definitely not cooked from the freezer".. we already changed and was ready to watch a movie and chill.. so.i call, 4 times, no answer.. i WANT MY MONEY BACK $17.05 check # 40151 Sabrina took the order at 1016 pm EST...I DONT KNOW HOW YOU GUYS ARE ALOWED TO SERVE FOOD...
haha.. once again. 5 cheeseburgers..no one in line.... Been sitting here 25 minutes....really???? I bet my order is wrong
update.. 10/29.. 540pm.. definitely last chance for this place.. simple order 2 for 3 rally burgers and a 2 for 3 spicy chicken.. has a coupon for $1 large fry.. 2 cars in front of me.. after 23 minutes got my bag of food no fries.. told the girl rolled her eyes and got my fries.. no sorry no nothing.. the chicken sandwich is always good.. the burgers I don't get it. Burgers are there specialty.. I ll post a pic here in a minute.. but couldn't force myself to eat it.. need to recruit some folks from 30th and Cleveland..
Don't waste your time going to the Rally's website and making your complaint it's a waster of time I have done it 9n 5 different occasions never a response

Read moreMy wife and I stopped by on July 4th. While waiting on our order I asked the ladie at the window if my wife could use the rest room. She asked her manager and my wife was denied. (She just got out of the hospital) I get it, no public restrooms. I get it so when we got our food we discovered the order was wrong. Drinks were wrong and had ice plus the chicken nuggets & sauce were missing & there were only a few fries dished out. I got upset while driving away and told the guy sitting outside we would be back. Took her to the gas station then returned. Walked up to the window to get my order this time I was calm. Told them what was missing. Got the bag back to the car and it was still wrong. Went back to the window, told the staff they should be ashamed. got back to the car and it was still wrong. My wife went to the window and it was still wrong. I then I went to the window for a refund and I was told by the ladie from the window that the manager was done dealing with us and to call corporate. I got in the car and called. Another ladie came out the side door and said she was calling the cops. I told her I wasn't leaving until I was done with the phone call. We remained on the lot until the call was finished then left. We got ripped off and still haven't heard from corporate. We like Rally's but with poor service we won't be back!
Update: 7/10/24 After calling corporate, given a case number for our complaint, told we would receive a refund within 24hours, verified email several several times and no contact, six days later, still no resolution. Poor way to run...
Read moreWent here on Saturday October 8 at 640pm and ordered chicken bites & fries box and a separate medium fry. Pulled out onto road, went to get our food out of bag and as soon as I stuck my hand in the bag I could tell the food wasn't hot, grabbed it out and it wasn't just not hot it wasn't even warm they MIGHT have been room temperature. So we went back thru, told them we didn't even want fresh food I just wanted my money put back on my card. So they were in there with my card for several minutes and then come back and the guy says, "my assistant manager is on his way in, I can't do this and he said to come back at 8pm. So they give me cold food, can't give me my money back and you want me to come back to try to get my money back again!?!? Think you might want to consider getting rid of some employees and get some in there that actually know what they're doing!! Guess I should add to this that when we got the cold food we were the ONLY customers at the place...kinda makes me wonder if they didn't have the fries and chicken bites pre-made and they had made too much and weren't that busy so they were just...
