If you are sitting in the parking lot reading this, considering going to this Burger King, do yourself the biggest favor since you started that IRA when you were 22, and make a B-line to Wendys. I was subjected to probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had in the past 15 years, easily. And who knows what the food is like because it never made it to that stage. I pulled into this Burger King’s drive-thru earlier tonight, Sunday, and it went like so… I first sat waiting for 3 minutes in silence for someone to say anything on the speaker, and when she did, “Okay what do you need?”. I said “I’ve got a coupon for ” Cut off by her yelling “What’s the coupon for?!” I respond, “I was about to tell you. It’s for 2 junior whoppers and 2 medium fries”. Silence and now a young guy takes over, “Yeah, got it”. I ask, “Would you like the code?” but he responds with “Second window” so I said the price because they still had it at full price on the drive-thru display, and then pulled up behind one other car. When I get to the window, that woman, manager I assume, pulled the guy out of the way, visibly angry and super eager to confront me, unleashes with, “Okay you ordered the 2 junior whoppers and fries and said it’s a $5.99 coupon but you gave no code!” I respond, “Okay here’s the coupon, you want it or you want me to read ” Cuts me off again with, “No, too late. If you want your order, you can’t use the coupon now.” I looked at her like ‘for real?’ and said, “Forget it” and drove away but I clearly heard her laugh and say some obscenity as I was driving away. Yeah, I get it, times are hard and good workers are even harder to come by, but wow. That was one of those experiences that make you appreciate all the good service even more. Absurdly beyond rude. Oh and if the brass is reading this, please do the usual PR cleanup where you ask me to call a number to part the grey skies. I. Will. Call. You. I wish I had read all these bad reviews prior to going there. Hopefully this will help another...
Read moreRudest associate I have ever dealt with 1. Pulled in to drive thru ordered and she said the total. That was it. No, thank you. No, pull forward, just the total. 2. Told us we could not use the app because "the internet was acting up" 3. Pulled up, paid, took the receipt, sat there for 10 minutes. 4. She slides the window open and snips "you done". We had not received anything from her besides change and a receipt. We told her no, we don't have any of the order. I told my husband to show her the receipt. So she looked at it (why did she have to look at it? There was literally NO ONE ELSE THERE!) She then tosses the bag (that was sitting right there) at my husband and goes "THERE". I was appalled by the terrible attitude and even worse customer service. I won't be returning. Wendy's has...
Read moreBottom of the Barrel Experience we have ever had, for any Burger King establishment. We prefer BK over any other fastfood chain because of their charbroiled hamburgers. Sadly, this place fell flat on it's face on a Saturday night at 10:20 PM. "Maybe", someone did not show up to work on time, but it's no excuse for shoving cold French fries or chicken fingers from the outside edge of the serving bin, into a customer's fries. Out of @6 customers who ordered, each one waited 10 to 15 minutes to order, and we ALL waited up to 35 minutes to receive our orders! And THAT was going by our Sales Receipt... and all orders??? Had something WRONG, and something Luke Warm or Cold from...
