We ordered Arby’s on the app and arrived at the store to pick it up at 8:51pm when the store closed at 10pm. The inside was already closed so we went to the drive thru. The lady stated that she already shut down the shake machine and would compensate us with a cookie, or a lemonade well we ordered 2 shakes totaling in roughly $7 and the both the lemonade and the cookie are both priced well below that so I simply asked her if we could get 2 roast beef sandwich’s since they are 2 for $6 which is close to the price of the shakes we could not receive. This lady her name either reed or red or something of that nature (I couldn’t quite read her name tag and she wouldn’t tell me) got super rude telling me it’s not her fault and that it’s my fault I ordered through the app and so forth her other coworker upfront encouraged the behavior and the belittling of me and my wife. I said ma’am I’m not blaming you I’m just trying to get my money’s worth, it’s over an hour before yall close I had no clue you would shut down the machine that early . She was yelling and laughing at me and my wife calling us names and shouting it’s not her fault And to look at the clock. I said yes it says it’s 9 and yall close at 10 I don’t see the issue, after about 2-5 min of this she finally told one if the cooks to make us the sandwiches with some other choice words included she throws them in the back and hands it to me with a attitude. I just don’t understand the hostility or the problem especially since the sandwich’s were already made took no time at all to put in a bag and were still $1 less than what we paid for the shakes. Put the sauces in my bag while you're waiting to put in the nuggets, that saves me from having to walk back in the store after going through the drive thru. Figure out how to find things on the register that is listed on the menu.... On the drive thru menu it says "6piece chicken nugget $3.09". Don't tell me you can't find it on the computer so I have to buy a kid's meal to get it. Extra unprofessional hearing you argue with the vehicle in front of me asking him to calm down through the speaker. His initial reaction to you was because he couldn't hear you and you started repeating back his order and he hadn't finished. New employees should be forced to sit in a car and hold a conversation through the drive thru speaker to really feel what it's like to be the customer. Then make them go to Chick-fil-A and see how customer service is...

First, order was placed in a very small, thin bag (3 sandwiches & two orders of fries. That bag burst on the way to the car. We lost the fries. When he got home with the sandwiches, all that was in the bag was greasy fried chicken sandwiches that tasted like they were fried in very old oil. No market sandwich, bag burst, drink was very watered down. Evidently the fountain needed new bottles. WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS ARBYS EVER!!! I took one bite of what I got, fried greasy sandwiches… and will not, cannot eat because of the grease. Not to mention that there was a customer complaining how dirty the dining room was.
