I don't know why they keep wanting me to grade this place. It's my work!
It's great because it's Starbucks. The bean souring, the social programs for their workers (Free pound of coffee EVERY week, free food item every single shift, all drinks free on the clock, always a 30% discount at every corporate Starbucks store, FREE bachelors degrees, great insurance plans, tips, LGBTQ-friendly, Veteran/Military family-friendly, immigrant-friendly, Howard's philanthropy, helping coffee growers, staying true to the craft of espresso, etc. where do I end?)

Read moreWe all know the products Starbucks puts out are some of the best, but what keeps me coming back to Starbucks everywhere are the people that work there. I recently stopped by here with my wife and 2 little ones on our way home to Denver and left my phone in the mens room. I didn’t realize I made the bone head mistake until we were 200 miles past this location and it was only b/c someone turned my phone into staff member Nicole. This is the best part, I offered to pay for costs but she simply said “No worries, pay-it-forward :-)”. That is precisely what I’ll be looking out for, an opportunity to pay-it-forward to someone else. The kind hearted people at this location have my deepest thanks and have renewed my faith that good people are still...
Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to they have one holiday drink which is the peppermint mocha which has been the drink that anybody can make they make no specialty other ones like even the Santa Claus or the elf one they can't make easy recipes for those they said their self they don't know any of the holiday drink specials ingredients we would have to tell them what ingredients we want in each one I think they should be trained more to know every drink and a specialty drinks that come in per season that's part of their job description they're supposed to be upselling your sales they are not they're trying to give you just the easiest basic drink so that they can get you in and out and keep it moving and then they don't even do that fast enough cuz if you go in and order you're there almost 30 minutes in the dining room waiting...
