Okay I've eaten here a few times now and feel it needs to be said. The customer is not to be reviled because a building is poorly ran.
I made a visit the other day around noon. And while waiting in line witnessed a manager or owner type person have a pointless heated conversation about the fact that there were "no biscuits because he can't control the delivery truck" none of us need to know that but also then got to be overly rude with the customer because apparently "everyone at the restaurant was told at the register they didn't have biscuits today" no one in front of me seemed to have been told before this so acting brand new with the customer was pretty childish and isn't a good look for the guy running the show.
The fact you can still serve meals at the same price while missing items is crazy to me and I think if anything warrants a coupon.
Because similarly there was also no syrup in the coke machine, and that's also the trucks fault apparently.
Here's the absolute other kicker. It wasn't that late in the day.
There was garbage overflowing the can, every table was dirty, and the floor was covered in crumbs. YOU KNOW YOU ARE BUSY, YOUR LOBBY IS ALWAYS FULL. Get someone into your dining room and clean it immediately. If you are reading this review. Stop here and go clean your restaurant.
I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but enough time has passed for you to have my real review.
The final thing I want to make note of was this.
A group of customers who only spoke Spanish were there, the nice girl at the counter went and got someone better suited to help them from the kitchen.
And the guy running the operation was literally screaming "WHERE'S MY GUY FOR THIS WHERE IS THE GUY" Your employees have names just in case you didn't know that, but it doesn't look good when he's doing his best to save your sorry situation with these customers only to have the whole building hear you scream about how you can't cover a spot for 2 minutes while he makes sure guests are getting served properly.
This was a disgrace and I don't know if I will be back. Everyone needs a massive apology.
Give this a like if you read...

Upon arriving at the restaurant this evening, I noticed two other dine-in customers waiting for their orders. One had been waiting for two 5-piece tender meals, while the other was waiting for three meals. After placing my order, I observed that the three-meal order was served first, despite the two-meal order being placed earlier.
Unfortunately, both of us ended up waiting for over an hour before being informed that the two-meal order had been mistakenly given to the drive-thru instead. It was evident that the staff and management prioritized drive-thru and mobile orders over dine-in customers.
Additionally, I noticed two drive-thru customers who had to return due to mistakes with their orders—one due to an incorrect drink and the other missing eight sides. While I appreciate that both myself and the other dine-in customer received refunds, the overall service was poorly managed.
From my experience working in the food industry, standard practice is to serve dine-in customers first, followed by drive-thru and mobile orders. It seems that the management and staff could benefit from better training to ensure all customers receive timely and accurate service. I hope the owner takes steps to improve operations for a more efficient and fair...

The service was great, the chicken was great, the only thing that I noticed is someone doesn’t know the difference between a thigh and a breast and my wings were very tiny I would never have served them to anyone. They need to school their employees on what the pieces of chicken are. Other than that everything was excellent.
Update: I will NEVER come to this Popeye’s ever again. For the second time chicken pieces were very tiny, overcooked, and dry. They need to step up or shut down and teach their employees how to cook chicken when the pieces are very small. God forbid you deep fry those sized pieces for 17 minutes. It’ll be overcooked and dried out every single time. I’m not wasting hard earned money on food that’s not edible. You can’t talk to corporate, they don’t deal with complaints. I can see this place going to hell and a hand basket just as fast as they opened. A forever...
