Taco Bell — Restaurant in Peru

I've gone to Taco bell since I was a kid. I don't do fast food much only when I get a taste for it, or if I am with family on the go. Since there were 4 of use, we ordered the family 10 taco thing. we asked for no Taco-Flavored Doritos. and to make them all supreme. well, when we got home which was in Utica. We got Doritos and none were supreme. Anyways we called , they told us that we can come back and fix the order when ever. so we did. when we finally went back to get the order fixed. The taco's had hair in them. It Grossed me the hell out. To the point to were I NEVER want to eat to Taco bell ever again. Aren't they supposed to wear hair nets? There were all girls working that night. They seemed very sweet and wanted to satisfy us as customers. But, to find hair in your food when you take a bit out of a taco... Gag. Like I said . I don't think I can ever go to this taco bell again. Not knowing if it was intentional or not. But, something needs to be done. Everyone should wear hair nets, and people should NEVER mess with peoples food bc they have to take their time to fix an order that they messed up. 3/17/25 around 2120 I have used this taco bell around 10 times. All times have been 80-90% made correctly. If I could go minus numbers for food I would! Been eating a Nachos Bel Grande for about 30 years now. NEVER had one made with such "I don't give a crap about what was ordered or how to make this correctly" EVER! I understand it was busy, but COME ON..... TAKE OUT ORDER- Nachos Bel Grande Extra Jalapenos, They don't come with jalapenos so this is an extra charge. WHAT I GOT - Three slices of Jalapenos in a small pile. To boot I got a big ole ice cream scoop of cold refried beans that my chips could barely break through so of course all the chips broke. For the first time ever I had ran out of chips halfway through the plate. Just wow.....If it doesn't get fixed I will NEVER go back to this taco bell. I will go to Ottawa where they are only mildy sub-par. Get your crap together Team Leaders! Do it close to right or start firing people. This is ridiculous! My only regret is that I didn't...

I don’t typically eat out but I decided to stop here to try a breakfast burrito. I stopped exactly at the time they opened which 8am. They hadn’t changed the menu to breakfast yet which is understandable because they were open for less than a minute. They apologized for not having that menu changed in the drive thru and came out to change it. Then they had difficulty with their system when using my credit card. I offered to pay cash and she told me it was on them because of my wait. They were very courteous and nice. I appreciate that especially early in the morning. I wanted to leave this review because sometimes people are jerks to customers when things aren’t going as they should.
