Most of the staff at this particular Wendy's are quite rude especially if you're a dine in consumer. I'm not sure if it may be the lack of professionalism or if it is a lack of care for the job due to the very poor management. I've heard and seen with my own ears and eyes the day time lady manager yelling at her underlings over things that is generally concieved as quite trivial in most other places.
