The well known Americanized Mexican fast food joint, Taco Bell has about 8,000 restaurants in the world. One of them is located in the sweet and delightful town of Petaluma more specifically 406 E Washington St. I enjoyed dining in at this Taco Bell because of the Spanish style, adobe-like building. This Taco Bell was also clean and very up to date with their technology since you’re required to order through a kiosk. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of not having an option to speak to a person rather than a machine especially because you can at other Taco Bell’s. I did like the set up inside of the Taco Bell. They have stools and a high table as well as many booths. The tv’s they have behind the counter are on the newer side which is nice because it makes the images brighter and easier to read. They also have a cool purple lighting in front of the counter which makes for a modernistic and techie look. They have a restroom there. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance as well as wheelchair accessible restrooms and parking spots. They have a dining in option as well as a drive through. They serve breakfast food from 8am-11am. There are vegetarian options and a kids menu. They accept different methods of payment including cash, debit/credit card and phone pay. There is a parking lot and it is free parking. Taco Bell usually has a variety of different people as customers. I see a lot of youth here like high school and college age students. I’ll see families here every once in a while. I’m never impressed with Taco Bell food. It makes your stomach hurt, but they are cheap and they’re open late. I can complement how fast the food is ready. They know how to put the fast in fast food. This Taco Bell location stays open until 3am so if you’re hungry and desperate late at night this is the place to stop by.

This place sucks. I love Taco Bell and think the value is great normally. I hane lived in this town for 40 years. I’m 57. When ever I go there there they never get my order right but more importantly they never give a normal amount of food per order. What I mean by that, is that my taco never has very much lettuce or very much cheese, normally there is enough beef but whenever I order a taco supreme or a regular taco, it seems like they just throw it together so quickly that they don’t realize how they’re not getting enough lettuce or cheese on the order I never leave reviews, and I don’t really care how businesses end up running their franchise, but to me it seems like it would be pretty easy to put a little more cheese and a little more lettuce on the order of a taco. It is always like this and has been for the last 10 years. I think now I’ll just go to Wendy’s because no matter who’s working at Taco Bell they don’t seem to put the regular amount of toppings on any given order. It really seems quite sad that, their customers are really loyal like myself and that they’re so poor at providing the order that we pay for. I would suggest just going to Jack-in-the-Box or Wendy’s and giving them your business as Taco Bell has unfortunately gone downhill. Maybe then they will retrain their workers. Just my opinion, but I’m pretty laid-back and I’m tired of Seeing every order be prepared like the employees don’t care. Does that picture look like it has any cheese or lettuce. Sorry I added the hot sauce before the picture.

Luke took our order and he was very sweet! Lily an elderly lady was making our food and another older man... they were very friendly and made our food perfect. I felt bad because it was so busy and these sweet older people who could by my grandparents were working swiftly. The younger help was on the drive through side of the work island. Even though they were backed up and understaffed i was still treated very well. They now have self serve! And it's really quick!!

Wow… That was the RUDEST and most aggressive and unprofessional experience I have ever had with any service workers, and mind you I am a service worker so I always make it a point to be very polite and respectful to other service workers. I greeted the worker at the drive thru box and was immediately met by such a rude and rushed woman. I could barely complete my order before she started YELLING “ANYTHING ELSE?!” over and over again… I was shocked which was why i paused but not even a millisecond would pass before she kept yelling “ANYTHING ELSE?!” like??? All i could think was “Can you calm down?” lol but I didn’t want to return her rudeness. I got up to the window to pay and all I could hear was her boisterous, obnoxious voice shouting in Spanish, accusing me of being under the influence — I don’t drink or smoke… and quite literally nothing that I did or said could have suggested anything of the sort; I’m assuming that she was just looking for any excuse for her ugly and disgusting behavior. The small latino boy/man behind the window just laughing along, only made me feel more uncomfortable and upset. He handed my food to me without saying a single word. I was so sad and shocked but i mustered the courage to just say “You’re welcome, have a good night.” just to show him what a kind person SHOULD and would say. Conveniently, he didn’t put the reciept with his name on it in my bag… Two of the rudest service workers I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering and I hope they get the same ugly and disgusting energy back. This place use to be filled with such kind workers that would also seem to appreciate/returned my kindness! Now its filled with a bunch of poorly behaved, cruel and ugly creatures. people shouldn’t treat other people like that. If ur having a bad day, shouldn’t a kind individual cheer you up even a little bit? All I know is that these two people should NOT be working with the general public - truly ugly individuals. (this was Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 12:30am)

Anyways, I wouldn’t go to this location - GO TO ANY OTHER TACO BELL!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!! These two people are miserable and sad and are just looking for someone gentle and kind enough to take it out on. Karma is always working and unlike those two - Karma does it’s job well. Have the day you...
