I can deal with terrible food and terrible service; but both at the same time is where I draw the line. Mind you I called ahead of time and asked what time their bar and kitchen closes and was told I have a couple hours . I went straight there just for a quick appetizer and drink with a friend. We go to the bar and rudely get get told we have to be seated in the tables if we want to place an order. Well we waited a few minutes for the busser to take us to our seats. He never came so we sat at one of the empty tables only to be chewed out by another employee.we were told that we have to be seated outside. (The inside was empty and nobody was eating outside). Well we waited patiently and nobody came to take our order, we noticed that several gentlemen had gone up to the bar and they were served food and drinks 20 minutes after we were disrespected and chewed out for being at the bar. Well I kept calm and was really hungry and didn't want to make a scene. When we finally got our nachos and aguachiles. You could tell the meat was rotten... my friend took one bite of the nachos and one of the shrimp and got really sick. Do yourself a favor and go to mi pueblo or any other taqueria and can guarantee you'll have a much...
Read moreFirst time here. I haven’t eaten any Mexican food for weeks now saw all the positive reviews and decided to give this place a try and I regret it deeply..
Ordered 2 “Super Burritos” with grilled chicken and both burritos were covered in grease. The chicken didn’t taste fresh at all and the sauce that’s cooked with the chicken isn’t tasty nor good at all. (You can’t ask for it apart due to it being prepared with the chicken.)
I had suspicions the food wasn’t going to taste good since they only took 5mins to fulfill my order.
The beans are bland with no seasoning same with the rice. In total I spent $35 here and hopefully I saved someone money by not visiting this place. It isn’t good at all and I’m deeply saddened because I am looking for a daily spot to visit.
Oh the agua frescas taste funny. Please visit...
Read moreWe live 30 minutes away and stopped in last year when at a event at the fairgrounds. It was crazy hot that day and we walked down for A/C and margaritas. We were very surprised by the “Organic Margarita”—just how we like it and better than most bars (Tequila, fresh lime, Cointreau, and agave). And they told us about their new Quesabirria. We were blown away!
We went back today after being in the area again and decided to stop in. It is not a fluke! We had the best margaritas, Quesa Birria‘s, and a combo meat dish (Camarones, Steak and Nopales) that their menu says they sold 2,000 of last year. We believe it!
It was so good! We will be making special trips to Petaluma for this food. And look at that lime in my drink! Love this...
