Starbucks — Restaurant in Petaluma

There's one specific employee that works here, always wears a sparkly mask, and they are absolutely wonderful. I know my drink will always be made perfect whenever they are working. I sincerely appreciate your consistency and kindness. I used to come by every morning on my way into work but my drink began being made different and wasn't consitent. Either the cinnamon cold foam wasn't added at all or it was made wrong, and way too sweet/different taste. This store in particular is the most inconsistent I have ever been to. Some days the staff is friendly, others they couldn't be less interested in helping you. Drinks are inconsistent as well and I have stopped going here for anything more than coffee. On more than one occasion I had baristas get mad when I ask them questions about my drink. There are other Starbucks in Petaluma with way better staff, I would recommend those stores...

Always get good service at this one. Nice sitting area. Never too crowded. Coffee and food consistently good.

One drawback, not a good parking lot. It's small with not even spaces or room to maneuver well. You can manage but sometimes it's over full.
