Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peterborough

My underage daughter works there. She has made it known that a boy who works there steals tips & everyone knows it. I get a call from my daughter one day she Is working saying that the mother of one of the male employee that works there told my daughter that if talks about her son anymore she will do something about it. The boys mom who made this threat works there also. I immediately went there to find out why this lady did this she was gone at that point & it turns out that her son is the theif of the tips. She of course denied it was meant as a threat. The manager celina said she would take care of it because that's wrong. Celina didn't do anything as it turns out Celina is good friends with the lady who threatened my daughter as i found out from facebook. I called the hr department which was a pain in the butt definitely not user friendly so that I can report this threat. Celina & the threatening party were able to convene & say my daughter was saying stuff about this boy & even had a girl that works there say that. Well turns out the girl was the girlfriend of the boy so she made stuff up. I talked to HR & let her know that this was the case that the threatener her son & girl friend who all work there & the manager did this to protect the disgusting threating lady. I give the Dunkin doughnuts a 3 star review because on several occasions my boyfriend and I have gone to 3 different locations 2 in keene NH and one in walpole NH and we have been spoken to with rudeness and snarky smart alick comments that were not needed to be said. Staff needs to stop ssshing customers and listen politely when they try to place their order so that items are made as requested.
