Old Towne Perks — Restaurant in Petersburg

Heading down I-95 from Williamsburg, VA back to Charleston, SC, my wife and I decided to head into Petersburg to try something new. We are so glad we did! Old Towne Perks was the perfect spot. We both tried the Smash Burger Monday Special and it couldn’t have been better. Plenty of food and great flavor!

The waitress was very kind and attentive and you could tell that the whole staff was watching over everyone to make sure they were taken care of. This is the kind of service and atmosphere that we need more of these days!

Lastly, my wife took a slice of strawberry cake to go (our waitress said that someone makes it from scratch!) and ate on it all the way home. She couldn’t stop raving about it.

Super family friendly restaurant. Breakfast is really good! I had the biscuits and gravy. I’ve also had the turkey melt & the buffalo sand which.

All were amazing! The chicken has a really good crisp to it and the perfect amount of sauce.

If you’re a sauce lover try all their homemade sauces! The chips and fries are also cut in house.

The family is super bubbly and friendly! Always willing to work with you any answer any questions or concerns.

We found this place when we first moved here and have been back multiple times since! My favorite are the Old Towne Cakes and my husband usually tries something new every time. I can’t order anything new because I love their fluffy pancakes so much! It’s a little tight inside, but it’s in an old building — I like the diner feel to it.
