McDonald's — Restaurant in Pflugerville

To start off with I'm a frequent visitor to this location, but not after tonight. I will be going to the one in Hutto now. Some lady came inside from the drive through to get her order fixed because the drive through had messed it up. Now, I work at a fast food restaurant and when we mess up an order we replace it and come up with an opportunity to make their experience better after the mistake that's been made. But the associate that was in charge of the drive through, it could've been a manager I'm not positive, he argued with the woman about the fact that she did in fact order what she was trying to replace and that if she wanted to get the correct item it would be an $.83 up-charge. He made it and the woman sent her daughter to get the money out of the car. She came back inside and gave her mom the money. After that she walked out with the correct item. The woman then gave a female worker, the manager of the store, the upcharge and was frustrated that they couldn't have just changed her incorrect item to the right item. She walked out and the manager began yelling her apologies in the most sarcastic tone I've ever heard in a fast food store. As I was getting my drink the manager proceeded to go to the back and complain to the workers about "how that fata** just needs to lay off of the hot fudge" I believe that if a customer can hear you it's highly inappropriate. I will not be back to this location after seeing how this manager reacted to an incorrect order...

This McDonalds is ok, staff ok, food prep was quick. Was working on emails and a project so grabbed breakfast and McDouble on the way out. Breakfast ok but hash brown Luke warm, burger ok but bun kind of stale. Pretty clean but they need to sweep not just wipe tables and soft drink machine counter.

My biggest complaint is the ridiculously cold temp they keep this this McD’s….super freaking cold, if I want to lunch in a refrigerator I will eat lunch in my refrigerator.

Everybody was complaining about how ridiculously cold it was. I asked twice about raising the temp and they said some people like it cold😕 no one likes Arctic Cold except penguins and it was only 80 degrees outside…people were walking out because it was too cold to wait in line to order…also McD’s you are wasting electricity and costing your restaurant profits. Turn your A/C 5 degrees higher and save electricity and your customers some grief. You will still be the coldest restaurant in the greater Austin area.

Also none of your booth seats are padded? If you save money on your A/C maybe you can get pads for your booths?

What time does the lobby close?. I will not go back to this McDonalds. The managers are rude and don't care about quality food or customer service. Both managers don't know there employees names. The employees don't know each others name. You wait in line all day and never get your food hot and fresh. I told them I would park so they can make my food fresh. I didn't pay for old food. I asked twice. I had to send them back. It was the same batch, not hot at all. They put 5 chicken nuggets in the fryer and put them on top. They sent them back to me. I wasn't going to keep going back and forth. Plus they send the black guy out to deal with the black women. The managers were rude and acted like she didn't care. I will be making sure to call McDonalds and let them know. This is a horrible franchise that continuously hires Hispanics that hire more and discriminate against colored people. I have had this happen at more than one McDonalds. Its not that hard to get fast food and...
