The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Good: Clean, staff was very friendly, and sandwiches, Flatbread, and smoothies are good. Bad: prices seem high. UGLY: quesadillas (Exception santa fe Chicken quesadilla). Ordered a kids quesadilla with chicken, and there was no chicken and a Tortilla with virtually no cheese which cost $5. We also ordered the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla for $7 which was the kids quesadilla, and also didnt have chicken, bt had slightly more cheese. The girl at the counter tried to give and excuse about the kids quesadilla until I showed her it. She offered to have it remade and apologized. I did not want the remake as my child was done already and I just wanted to let them know. She apologized again and thanked me for the feedback. Maybe soon all the rough edges will be smoothed. I have been going to this place since it opened. I love the wraps and the sandwiches. Good generous portions, BUT lately the portions has been reduced. Usually one Baja Chicken Wrap will be enough to fill me up. Now the wrap measured 5.5 inches. Considerably smaller. Their customer service needs improvement. They have a phone number listed, but no one answers it and none of the messages are checked. I was informed of this by one of the staff. The reason was they're too busy to check. I absolutely loved the attitudes and atmosphere when I stopped by this Monday! The gentleman in the blue shirt was absolutely fantastic, making sure everyone was accommodated for and their order taken. The others were fast, and seemed upbeat, from humming to the beat of the music to being wonderful to watch work. The gentleman behind the counter even helped make my son's sippy cup able to be drank out of! 10/10 every part of my experience driving through here was phenomenal and it can't be fully expressed through words!
