Incredibly rude service by two employees. I wanted to buy a book of lottery tickets and they told me specifically no, that they do not do that in a demeaning manner. I got my tickets elsewhere. Next day at about 2 am in the morning I came in asking to cash some tickets out (about $70 worth). I came at a time when it was convenient, and nobody around so they didn't have to do it during the day. Kid (adult?) was very rude when he saw the amount of tickets I wanted to cash in and he as well told me no, that he wasn't going to do it. It's in your job description bud... I stopped at a new looking store to buy gas, use the restroom, and get coffee. I found a beautiful set of bathrooms that were shared with McDonalds. The first stall looked like someone had vomited there. The next stall had toilet paper all over the floor but none on the rolls. I found a usable restroom on the third attempt. I came back to the coffee area and found there was no half and half in the dispensers and one set of 4 coffee dispensers were not working. I come here almost daily and sometimes the service is good, most of the time it’s bad. The people working the lines are the same everyday, I mean everyday, and they could give a rats behind how long lines are. Why do I say that ? It’s 8:15 Saturday night, busy as heck, and they have one cashier and a line 10 people long. One employee is working the register and another one is just walking around stocking stuff.
