Sleep Number — Hotel in Pflugerville

Buyer beware! Sleep Number reuses parts on new purchases. I purchased i8 and when it was delivered the pump wasn't working. Sleep number order a new one. It arrived quickly but it turned out to be used and not new. It had preprogrammed settings from a previous owner (see photo). My name isn't George!!

When I asked about that I got a lot of escalations but no answers. For the price of the bed I wanted new parts not ones that were used.
