Randy Williams was awesome to deal with. Everyone there was nice and patient. The info they provided was on par with the research we did in advance.

They didn't have Tempur-Pedics on our initial visit (but would have them in a few weeks), yet they didn't hesitate to suggest that we go try them out (at their competitor's store, in the same plaza/area). I thought that was noteworthy.

We ended up trying a Purple 4. I would still recommend that people try one out (very comfortable and no restocking fee, if you change your mind!), but the 4 was a little jiggly for my wife (whom is an extremely light sleeper). After exceeding our trial limit with the Purple, we utilized the satisfaction guarantee provided by Mattress Firm (it allowed for a longer trial period).

The whole process of exchanging the Purple 4, for a Tempur-Pedic, was smooth and painless! I can't recommend their service enough. Randy and Mara were the two sales staff we dealt with the most and they were just stellar to work with.

Definitely give this place a shot if you are in the market for a new bed. They really worked with us. We ended up saving a ton of money by accepting mattresses that someone had tried out for only a week (they have a solid cleaning and sanitizing process that all restocked products go through). My husband and I went to the store after having been to a different store that had mattresses on sale. When we went in to comparative shop we were surprise by the friendly, genuine and helpful store representative Arnie. We explained our days event and let him know what we wanted to compare prices on. He listened. He said that they pride themselves not in selling mattresses but sleep. I liked that as good quality sleep is definitely needed on my part. But let’s be real, finances play a role in most of our purchases. He had us answer a few questions and then lay on special mattresses that gathered scientific information on our sleep positions. Then he showed us 4 mattresses that would best match our pressure distribution as gathered by the “special” computer mattress we had laid on. Long story short, we both really felt relief and comfort on the very first mattress he had us lay on. It wasn’t the most expensive on the printout but it was fair priced and the freedom from being pressured to purchase was also present. Arnie along with his coworker were both very kind and thoughtful but there was an honor and respect presented to us as well. Samantha is amazing! I'm getting closer to 40 and decided the wife and I needed a new bed. Placed an online order from another company and after 5 weeks the bed still had not been delivered with no answer as to why. Got a refund, sucked it up and went straight to mattress firm. I had previously priced beds at a few other stores in the area and they were cheaper, but the quality just wasnt there. The "sales" people were bland and left me to walk the store by myself. And not every bed was guaranteed to be in stock (2-4 week wait!) Samantha wasted no time greeting me.
