DO NOT GO HERE! Whoever is reading this, do not go to this absolute dump of a restaurant. I'm using the term 'restaurant' VERY loosely as they were out of almost everything (which just reflects awful management). They didn't have kolaches, eggs, croissants, none of the 3 donuts I had asked for... not to mention that the girl over the intercom drive-tru speaker was just as rude as it gets. I was sitting there waiting for someone to say anything for 2 minutes, I almost thought they were closed. A simple "I'll be right with you" would've instantly made a big difference. Then when she finally spoke, she was impatient and kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask her what they did have in store. I cannot convey strongely enough about how unprofessional and miserable the employees look/are. When I asked for the intercom speakers name, I was told it was Amy, but when I saw her name tag, it said SOFIA! So I was either lied to because they knew about the awful service OR the management really can't get the food supply or proper employee uniforms in order. And I'm not finished. The girl at the register (Dannahi) had forgot to charge me for my donut--that I didn't even want because they didn't have any of the donuts and was offered a substitute-- so I refused it, and when I opened my sandwich, it wasn't what I ordered. Although the cashier was mildly friendlier, she was the one who lied about the name of the employee on the intercom speaker. This Dunkins seems to have owners that aren’t interested in providing basic costumer service or ingredients, but still want my money. In this last experience at Dunkins, I feel like I cannot trust the employees or owners and I'd rather go to Starbucks right down the street where the employees are as bright as sunshine and they NEVER get my...
Read moreHere's the thing, I'm sure drive thru is fine. I've never used it. What I have used was in-store pickup and boy, its a mess.
I've ordered 3 seperate times using in-store pickup. First time I ordered a specialty donut during Halloween and some breakfast. Got to the store and nothing was ready, which is understandable since it was extremely busy. Finally they hand me my bag and inform me they didn't have the donut I wanted.
I asked if we could just exchange it and the woman told me to hold on and took off. I waited 30 mins for help. My time was running short and had to leave. I didnt want to cause a scene over $3. So lost money there.
Gave them another chance and the second time went smoothly. No issues. In and out, order correct. Great.
Third time they gave me someone elses order. I didnt even look until I got into my car. Went and exchanged it. Not the worst issue. More of an annoying inconvience. I do hope they did remake the person's food. I didn't touch the food but I know I'd feel weird if my food was in some random persons hand.
All in all its reasonably priced food and drinks. Its just a gamble on how your day with...
Read moreYikes! I should have known that when they got the order of the guy in front of me wrong that getting my order could also pose an issue. I ordered a blueberry muffin...that's it. When I walked to the truck and opened the bag, it wasn't a blueberry muffin. I walked back inside and spoke to a woman behind the counter (the woman who helped me wasn't available). The woman who helped me overheard the conversation and actually insisted that it WAS a blueberry muffin. I couldn't believe it. The other woman agreed with me that it wasn't. It was what looked like a cranberry, chocolate chip muffin and then a conversation began between the two women about how the muffins were made wrong...I just wanted a blueberry muffin. I think the second woman understood that as she grabbed a blueberry muffin, put it in the bag and handed it to me with a smile assuring me that it was a blueberry muffin...she was right! The two stars are for the length of time I spent in the store and the woman who argued with me over whether or not the muffin was actually a blueberry...
